The person at the desk when I went in was lovely and very kind. This is my first time going to this location and usually I am hesitant to get pizza hut but my friends wanted it. Stuff was ready when I got there, hot and nothing missing.

The delivery person could not find our house even after two texts and a phone call, (he didn't speak English), though we only live 2 miles away. Someone enjoyed our pizza and pasta that night and it wasn't us. They said they would refund our money, but it was never done. Good luck with this place, it didn't work for us.

I ordered takeout for just wings, and when i showed up, there were 2 people working and no customers. I waited 10 minutes while the one worker was outside smoking, and the other stood at the oven waiting for a pizza to come out. Then another customer showed up, and we both proceeded to wait another 15 minutes while they both did other things. They knew we were there but wouldn't come and help us. Both mine and the other customers' food was ready as i saw it when i came in 25 minutes ago. Once i got home with it, the wings were cold and nasty and barely had any sauce. This pizza hut is not up to standard for quality or experience compared to any other i have been to. Wont be coming back here unless i have no other options.

Our order was over an hour late, we just ended up going and picking it up ourselves since our delivery driver was useless, and we were still charged a delivery fee. The pizzas were cold when picked up and one of them wasn't what I ordered, although they did manage to make the cheese pizza correct. Horrible, this place ought to be shut down, or at least management replaced.

Sadly they are short staff every day! Putting them behind and making it inconvenient to customers when picking up a carry out order and food hasn’t even been made. Also no gloves are use during the preparation of our food. The one employee there is running around doing multiple stuff grabbing this and that and making the food without washing her hands nor using gloves. Very disappointing how this Pizza Hut store is handling their business.

Thin crust Super supreme was 5 stars, the extra peperoni on pan pizza crust was 5 stars too. Cinnamon sticks are 4 stars, but the boneless chicken wings are poor, crust is too thick, and you can't taste the chicken. Quality not, size in this case is best!
Not only was my order wrong. It took an hour and a half to arrive. It stated 45 minutes delivery time. There is literally no way to contact them for help. I called multiple times to no answer and nothing on the website or app to get help. Never ordering pizza hut again.

Awful. If you don’t have the quantity of staff or trained staff, you shouldn’t be open. Not only did we wait an hour longer than we were told. If I would’ve been told it took an hour to make a pizza, I would’ve gone somewhere else. On top of the awful service, it took them forever to make the pizza wrong. See picture. Should have been a supreme without pesto and the pesto margariteh. Couldn’t care enough to wait for a correct pizza since it would’ve taken 30 minutes to make another pizza. I won’t be returning to this location ever. Recommend you don’t visit either unless you order an hour ahead.

Our online order didn’t arrive and we went to pick it up after having trouble getting someone to answer the phone in store. But when we got there they remade the food and comped it back to the card. Very understanding and willing to make it right.

Went in multiple times to pick up DoorDash orders and let’s just say you are gonna be in there for 40 minutes before you even get help. Only one worker every time I went has been doing their job while others just dilly dally and look confused on what they are doing. No one even checks on people who walk in you just have to sit and wait. Would NEVER spend my own money here that’s for sure!! The one woman doing her job needs a raise for what she puts up with at work.

There was only one worker working today when I arrived. There was quite a few people waiting for their pizzas. After waiting for 40 minutes I ended up calling the other location to get her some help. This employee was stressed and overworked being the only employee with endless orders coming in. It took almost 2 hours for me to get my pizza (and that was after 2 employees came to help after I (as a customer) called to ask for more employees). I don’t know who the manager is, or if they have one at the moment, but they need to do better!! Their employees deserve better!!
