Pizza Hut felt that a $20 tip wasn't good enough. On a $30 order. The last time I ordered so I was proud to give that $20 tip to the North Ogden Domino's Pizza. I would recommend to anybody that they don't go to the North Ogden Pizza Hut. Go to restaurants that treat you right

We ordered delivery, but our order was incorrect. When we finally got ahold of a real person (phone system hung up on me 3 times), they didn't offer to replace pizza and only offered store credit to be used with certain restrictions. I'm disappointed in their lack of customer service, and honestly pizza wasn't that great.

Came to pick up my pizza at the carry out time. Had to wait because no one knew what was going on with any of the orders. They made two of the Sam pizza for the guy in front of me when he only ordered one. The guy after him something happened to his so they asked him to come back so they could remake it. And than mine they only made part of my order, after charging me for all of it, because they ran out of bread sticks. No warning until I got asked what I was waiting for. What a damn joke. No apology, no offer to refund me the money of the breadsticks. This place is a joke! First and last time I will ever come here.

Disappointed by the Food, Despite Friendly Service
I’ll start with the positive—the staff at the North Ogden Pizza Hut were genuinely friendly and courteous, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the same standard.
We ordered a classic pepperoni pizza, expecting something simple and satisfying. Instead, we were met with large bare patches—no sauce, no cheese, no toppings. It looked unfinished and tasted just as lackluster.
We also tried the new Flatzz, opting for the chicken bacon ranch. Sadly, it missed the mark completely. It seemed like the ranch was forgotten, and the cheese was so thin and unevenly spread that it felt like we were just eating bland dough. There was no flavor, no texture—just disappointment.
I really wanted to enjoy this meal, especially given how great the staff were. But based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend the North Ogden location.

They never get my pizza right. I feel like they just give you whatever they want and just substitute stuff without letting you know. They never pick up their phone either. The manager running the night shift needs a good talking to from the owners.

The store manager has absolutely no clue what she is doing. Her team has no clue what they are doing. Zero communication. Absolutely rude to customers and people who do door dash. Waited 45 min for a doordash only to be told they forgot breasticks which would of taken another 10 minutes. Then getting told told to drop the order and leave because I was upset and i wanted a number above her. This is not the first time this has happened. I literally watched customers who were frustrated beyond frustrated leave in and out of the store

The person at the desk when I went in was lovely and very kind. This is my first time going to this location and usually I am hesitant to get pizza hut but my friends wanted it. Stuff was ready when I got there, hot and nothing missing.

I just got a personal pizza and it was very good. it looked short-staffed in there, but the cashier Alana was very nice and helped clarify the menu. Will come back

The delivery person could not find our house even after two texts and a phone call, (he didn't speak English), though we only live 2 miles away. Someone enjoyed our pizza and pasta that night and it wasn't us. They said they would refund our money, but it was never done. Good luck with this place, it didn't work for us.

And Pizza Hut wonders why Little Caesars sells 20 pizzas to there 1. Disappointing to say the least. Overcooked, very little cheese. Spend less money for better quality at the place that is supposed to be cheap. No wonder Pizza Hut is dying.
