I ordered my pizza and it never showed up. I called the store and the guy said door dash picked it up but never delivered it. He said this happens all the time and it’s not a big deal. He did refund me, but I was so mad with a house full of hungry kids I had to go pick up little Ceasar’s.

Ordered delivery through the mobile app, this is a mistake I won't make again. They seem to be outsourcing delivery through Door dash, which I do not like. The delivery fee and tip are meant for Pizza Hut drivers, not DD. Half my order was missing, the driver pretended not to know anything about it and left. Tried their website, that's a no go. Tried calling the store, they left me on hold and eventually just disconnected the call. Now I'm having to wait for their corporate customer service to figure it out. I think this will be my last order from PH, they aren't worth the money anymore.

I usually have a good experience with the Pizza Hut in North Ogden but not tonight. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it looked horrible! Most of the slices had very little to no cheese. Some of the pepperoni looked dry and overcooked. We also ordered bread sticks and received no marinara sauce to go with it.The employee at the desk gave my husband a receipt to sign hoping to get a tip. I paid online and have never been given a receipt to sign when I go to pick up a pizza. Even if I was to tip I'm glad that I didn't after getting home and seeing what the pizza looked like. Make sure you look at the pizza before you leave the store.

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza tonight 12/16 and it came with no BBQ sauce on it. It had a tiny dollop of marinara near the crust on one side as if they had started putting marinara on, realized it was incorrect, and then made the pizza without any sauce at all. The pizza was awful because of the missing sauce, it was just a pile of grease. We tried to call the store 10 times and got no answer at all, it would ring forever then we would get HUNG UP ON. We tried to contact the corporate phone number and they told us to call the store and were zero help. What a huge waste on $32, save your money and order dominos instead. This whole awful experience reminded me why we stopped ordering Pizza Hut.
