Yep I'm the champ I waited in the Drive-Thru for probably 35 minutes. At first I thought it was the customers not knowing what they wanted to order but just like clockwork they serviced one car between 5 and 10 minutes. The only reason I am dealing with this is because the Chick-fil-A across the street is under remodel trust me I will never ever ever let me be clear ever come here again ridiculous service and wait times
I was literally yelled at by two employees at the drive thru because I didn’t mention I was using a code from the app before getting to the window. I reached out to Popeyes customer service and never heard anything. Reached out on Twitter and they have given me the runaround for almost 4 months now with no resolution. This location is the perfect face of a company that doesn’t seem to care.
