I only gave this 2 stars, pretzel bites are delicious, but there moldy water was not. So we spent 24cents for a cup of water, but it had mold spores . Could literally taste it. Not good. Had to dump the water out once realizing definitely not letting my granddaughter drink that. I wasn't going to drink any more. They need to clean there water dispenser.

I have been coming to pretzel maker since I was a kid there are two in the negate mall one by the candy store and quilted bear that makes there cheese stuffed pretzle bites fresh then the main on in the food court that let's there sit out under a heat lamp and get stail I'll defiantly be going to the fresh one on the other side of the mall from now on

You guys need to watch your cheese. I can't deal with spicy, and there has been more than one time where I ordered cheddar, only to dip in and get that jalapeno undertone.... Realizing it's nacho cheese, which I don't like. I go back to talk to the employees, who treat me like I'm an idiot because it's spicy. And I'm saying you keep giving me a spicy one. Someone miss marked your cheese. They got one from the back and it was fine. But they treated me like I was dumb. Today it happened again, but I was too afraid to even say anything because of the way they treated last time. Maybe be more careful when making and marking the cheese.

Tanis helped me out with my order and he was great. Even complimented my friends shoes. He was so happy to be working and I think it rubbed off on his coworkers they were all great!

I typically end up grabbing pretzels near opening time, and so far they've typically been fresh at this location. When I've visited later in the day I've been able to ask for a fresh made pretzel, which I'm happy to wait longer for. I wouldn't say "relaxed" is the correct word, but the employees here do seem to run a loose ship. Despite this, they appear leagues ahead of the other pretzelmakers nearby, but some issues like cleanliness or professionalism could stand to be worked on. Having fun at work is commendable, but it shouldn't come at the expense of the customers. Either way, it's still far better than the other location in this mall or the one in Layton, I just wish the bar wasn't so low.

Had I read the reviews on this place before trying to eat a pretzel, I wouldn't have spent my money here. I used to love getting soft, fresh, and salty pretzels from the location in south Towne mall years ago. I was excited to see one here at the Newgate mall in Ogden. The next clue I should have not bought here was the kid helping us at the register had a work shirt that was completely covered in what I would say is cat hair. He was nice but very soft-spoken. Another kid tried to help but couldn't grasp what we were trying to order. My wife got the little dog bites, and they were old and slimy. I got a regular full-size salted pretzel. Mine was rock hard like it was 3 days old. The cheese was not hot, probably because they had about 100 little cups made up just sitting there on the counter. We wanted to talk to a manager but just thought we would call later and talk to one. The kid helping us said, "When we asked how he was," I'm good except being understaffed. I counted at least 7 employees there, and they weren't busy at all. They just kept making pretzels and stacking the cheese. I wonder if this is a franchised location? I've noticed all the reviews from 3 years ago to now are all of the same issues.
The worse pretzel ever!!!! Never ever buy here oh my word. The employee was so nice and mannerly but unfortunately that still couldn't save the atrocity that was the smoothie or the pretzel. This place only gets one star cause I don't know how to give a quarter lol

The lady that seemed to be the manager yesterday was horribly rude. She was the only non teenager there so I’m assuming she was managing. She needs an attitude adjustment or to find a job she’s not working with the public and managing teenagers.

I think the manager of this business should know that there were 4 employees by the front counter. With a line of several people, 3 of those 4 sat around and made fun of people and made the other girl do all the orders and fulfill them single handedly. It looks as if she is most likely bullied by them. When I got to the front, I asked her if the other employees were supposed to be helping her and she said yes but it’s easier not to have to ask them. If I was the manager of this business I would want to know this was happening. Those employees should be terminated immediately as they are wasting your money and talking while customers are having to wait longer in line since only one employee is actually helping people.

Came here @5pm the pretzels were so slippery and not warm at all I get that it’s not busy but changing out the pretzels would be great ?
