I usually love this place when I come to the mall but today I was given something different than I usually have been given. I got the mini dogs and there was much less bread covering the mini hot dogs than the other times I came by. Here is a photo of what I got vs what I’m used to being served.

Pretzels are sitting ready. Food is available, but we were told they’re on a 15 minute break so neither one of them could help us. i’ve never been to a business where employees will stare you straight in the face and tell you they can’t help you because they’re on a break even though the food is being made in front of you.

I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews but I have never really had a bad experience until today. I understand it’s busy and loud but having to repeat myself 3-4 times while they are speaking at volumes where it’s hard to understand them is a bit crazy to me. They assumed I didn’t want salt on my pretzels and when I saw it as unsalted I told them I would love it salted and I had to repeat that twice. The person behind the register then under their breath rudely said “we did ask if you wanted salt” but I have no memory at all of them asking me that. There was also no reason for the snarky comment. If you did ask my apologies but you guys were being very quiet as well. Then I asked for a medium lemonade and then asked if that was it. I said yes and paid, and the person pushed the bag towards me and I left. Even when I asked for salt the person who was getting my food seemed annoyed by that. Like I said, understand if it’s busy but the snarky-ness and rudeness wasn’t a great experience. I work in the food industry myself.

Not sure what management is thinking with this business I came down on a Monday at noon to get some parm pretzel bites and I was going to get 4 orders of the mozzarella filled bites and 2 of the little smokey ones. All she had made was bites and a couple pretzels. If you run a food establishment you should have the food you sell I am a cook and I can't just not cook something because I don't want to. That's ridiculous and she knew I wanted something she didn't have offer to make some for me or something don't just act like you are special and don't have to do your job. It's disappointing because I used to come to this pretzel maker all the time and was always great. Guess the employees that did their job don't work here anymore

Soda machine DEFINITELY has mold in it, but I was really nice and let them know and asked for a refund. I waited patiently for one while they talked on the phone trying to figure it out. They ended up just giving me change which is fine, but they were really rude about it. I said thank you and sorry for the trouble and they all just gave me a dirty look as I walked away. I sat back down to eat and the pretzel bites were raw, but I wasnt about to go back for a refund. dont think ill be back any time soon 🤷♀️
