Stale pretzels… horrible customer service and now they charge 1.08 per cheese cup after already paying 8 dollars for freaking pretzels?

Worst Pretzel maker I've ever been to. Service seemed like nobody wanted to take my order. Pretzel tasted old and stale and the cheese was cold and didn't taste right. Also seemed overstaffed.

I came here to say that I received phenomenal service on 4/15/24. My daughter and I decided to grab some food before heading home after prom dress shopping. I’ve had a bad experience going to Pretzelmaker at the Layton Hills Mall, but I knew it was my daughter’s favorite, so we went. The lady working there was so sweet and the garlic pretzels were delicious! I will 100% get food from here again when I’m in the area!

Service was okay but functional, but the pretzels themselves were rock hard. This was the first time ever that I could not finish a pretzel and it was because the thing was just painful to try to bite into. Go to the other pretzelmaker in this mall if you want something edible.

I love the 3 main pretzel choices. The original salted pretzel bites are amazing and fluffy and dipping in Nacho cheese is great. I also love the pretzel dog bites, very flavorful. The mozzarella cheese bites are amazing to. Don't really need to dip them in sauce but the nacho cheese or marinara is yummy. Only place I will go for great pretzels.

?large lady refused to break a $10 so I could buy my kid a pretzel? Very rude, wait till after work to smoke if you get to high to sell pretzels

The pretzel was great but the service was terrible. There was older lady making the pretzels as they were already open she starts off great by saying it's going to be awhile..not how can I help what can I make or a simple hi. We waited 20 minutes for a another co worker to show up and offer help. Just to be clear we only waited out of principle cause we weren't going to leave like she clearly wanted us to. As the other worker showed up we heard the older lady say under her breath "they have been there since we opened" rudely

my pretzel was okay. service was awful. the yogurt girl seemed way nicer than the pretzel girl. i thought she’d jump over the counter and smack me just for existing.
