Ramen Haus is a trendy restaurant with limited seating, so be prepared to wait. While the ramen is good and first-rate with way more options than other places, it may lack flavor dimension and tender beef. The soft-boiled eggs are a highlight, and the katsu pork curry has great Japanese curry flavor. The Takoyaki is a melt-in-your-mouth delight with delicious octopus, and the gyoza are perfectly crispy and juicy. Be aware that take-out orders can be incomplete or incorrect. Despite some flaws, the food is enjoyable, especially when the restaurant is nice and quiet. Fold ten origami cranes and bring them in to get free gyoza!
