Rode our bikes from kaysville to Ogden and stopped at Rovali's for lunch. We were able to park our bikes in back right by our table in the back of the outdoor seating area. Waiter was awesome. My wife and I shared a sample plate of ravioli, lasagna, and fettecini with a vegetable sauce with 2 house salads and a slice of butter pecan pie/cake. The food was great and the service, desert, bread and price tag was excellent. (About $32 before tip)

When I came in to pick up my DoorDash order four staff (wait staff) all looked at me and then turned away. Not one of them acknowledged my presence until I stood for a few minutes. Then one girl, tall with dark hair, said I should probably move to the other side of the hostess desk so that I wouldn’t get ‘knocked over’. I consider this to be incredible rude and amount to poor customer service. I have been to Rovali’s many times and love the food and usually the service has been stellar. Even if you cannot help the person entering your establishment immediately, a polite ‘someone will be right with you’ is in order. And the comment was very much out of line.

We used to eat at Rovalis often until I was diagnosed with Celiac. I'm glad we decided to give it a try again! They have wonderful gluten free pasta. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable about the menu as well.

Ya’ll I don’t have enough good things to say about this place. My boyfriend and I come here at least once a month, if not more. The owner is so nice, the food is amazing and the prices are so reasonable. They have so many drink choices, incredible house made desserts and I crave their Caesar salad all the time. Literally the best place!
