Authentic Thai food with generous portions of everything!!! Pad Thai was delicious with a nice ratio of noodles and colorful assortment of vegetables!! To top it off, the server and owner were extremely attentive and friendly. Valentine bonus rose and complementary glass of wine! So great to find a tasty Thai spot!!!

I don’t usually drive this far just for food, but this place is an exception. I first tried it a few months ago by chance and kept thinking about it. This time I actually drove two hours round-trip just to have it again.
The pho is seriously good. The broth has so much flavor and tastes really clean and comforting. I’ve had a lot of pho, even in LA, and this one honestly surprised me.
The owner is a super friendly guy and makes you feel welcome. The place itself is cozy and relaxed. Nothing fancy, just good food and a nice vibe.

For a 1st Pho experience, im told by an expert, its alright, but doesnt hit all the notes. Fantastic presentation - quality wholesome flavorful food (add spice) - props to the chef - cultural vibes - fun decor - great atmosphere - minus the lingering manager/husband of the chef??? Who stares and gawks at you your entire meal. With this gem being unknown, its rarely busy, and youll often dine alone, making it all pretty awkward.

The people were nice but the food was terrible. I ordered pad thai level 5. It's never spicy enough so I'm used to that disappointment but this had zero spice. It was drenched on sauce that was like a dessert. I couldn't even finish it because I felt like I was eating candy. The spring rolls were bizarre. Carrot sticks wrapped in too much lettuce and a ramekin with a scoop of peanut butter. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and I don't take any joy in writing this but i appreciate reviews even though this place had nothing but great reviews.
It was a $50 lesson and the search continues to find good pad thai without having to drive clear to Roy. May the gods one day hear my prayers.

I’ve never been to a Thai restaurant that didn’t offer any Gluten Free options at all? So if you can’t have gluten, don’t waste your time.
Sabai Jai showed up and did not mess around.
The Pad See Ew came out glossy and generous, wide noodles slicked just right, smoky at the edges, loaded with broccoli, bean sprouts, and tender bites that actually taste like they were cooked with intention. Comfort food that knows exactly what job it came to do.
Then there’s the coconut curry, warm, fragrant, and quietly confident. Creamy without being heavy, balanced heat, vegetables cooked to that sweet spot where they still have backbone. Pair it with a scoop of rice and suddenly the table goes quiet, which might be the highest compliment any kitchen can earn.
This meal feels honest. No gimmicks, no overthinking, just solid Thai flavors executed cleanly and with heart. Sabai Jai earns the repeat visit, and the happy sigh after the last bite. Kiss-fist approved.

Really like the brisket pho (update: like the steak+eye of round steak even better), Thai fried rice, and pad Thai. Green curry was good too.
Update: not a fan of the new way they do pho. I prefer it in a bowl over their new way.
