I ordered 2 whole chicken meals through DoorDash and the rice was spoiled, I don’t see how they has the audacity to even serve it and the chicken was all burnt 🤮

Ordered 8 carne asada tacos through DoorDash. Tacos were upside down with all the meat and pico EVERYWHERE! The limes in the box were used limes as in they were already squeezed and thrown in. Meat was cold and gross. Tasted like it was made days prior. I don't think I'll eat here again.

The pastor taco took this review up a star, it was truly fantastic. The asada taco and pork tamale were both excellent too. Update: I returned AC tried the two piece combo (the #1 meal) it was great.

The chicken was delicious 😋 I didn't like the chiles, they were spicy but they had no flavor, the soup is no longer tasty 🤷 the rest is fine 👍

I have loved everything I ever have eaten here. The best meat, surprisingly, is the chicken. My favorite type of meat is by default al pastor, but the chicken here surpasses that. Service is always superior. They just want you to enjoy what you order from them and they show they care. Highly recommend this place.

For years I have visited this place and every opportunity I was given, I recommended it to everyone because of how delicious the food is. What happened was so frequent that I even memorized my order and the workers. I don't know what their names were but there were 2 ladies who always took my order with great pleasure and were very friendly, I was always happy to see them. It makes me sad that those who own this place do not have that same attitude of professionalism and respect towards their customers. Something that was simply a confusion and mistake on the part of their sales team was directed at me with frustration on the part of the bosses at this location. Since I could not be communicated professionally and clearly I went looking for more clarity, which led me to find an email on the main website through which to communicate. The person I spoke to via email was very kind and let me know more information. When I returned to this location with this information, the manager of this location instantly took a defensive attitude and only said that the person I spoke with by email has nothing to do with this location. This gentleman with glasses did not care what I had to say and was not interested in taking the time to clear up the confusion. I hope that the bosses of this establishment can reflect not only on the treatment of their customers but on how to be better, because in reality they fail in this way as business owners. I will continue to support Señor Pollo for its excellent food and I don't mind going to Clinton to do it - but I will no longer support this place. It was disappointing the first time I came across this situation, but going a second time and being treated this way was even more disappointing and humiliating.
