If you guys are going to charge almost $8 for a drink at least make it right and make sure it's not half empty. I got the gingerbread oatmilk chai, it's supposed to have whip cream but it didn't, even worse it wasn't even full and 1/4 of the drink was missing. This has happened 3 times at this location, before those 3 times the drink was really good but they keep messing it up.

That is, until I encountered Jayden, whose management grace transformed a minor disaster into a moment of sheer delight. Upon tragically spilling my beloved venti—an unintentional act of barbaric clumsiness—the staff, under Jayden's extraordinary command, swept into action with a finesse that would put the finest stagehands to shame. Within moments, I was handed a new beverage, fresh and flawless, as though the spill were but an illusion, a fleeting moment in the theatre of my day. Such attentiveness, such seamless care, deserves not only acknowledgment but emulation. Starbucks, take note: Jayden is the epitome of what customer service can and should be—an art, not a transaction.

I was really disappointed with my visit to Starbucks. I ordered at 10:17 AM, but it wasn’t ready until 10:40 AM—23 minutes later. On top of that, the drink was made wrong and missing the topping it was supposed to have. After getting that sorted out, I finally sat down with my drink at 10:42 AM.
What made it worse was how obvious it was that my order got completely forgotten about because of the steady line of cars in the drive-through. I get that the drive-through is busy, but it shouldn’t come at the expense of the people standing inside. The whole experience was completely unacceptable. It shouldn't be almost half an hour to get one coffee.

I walked in and ordered as usual and had a conversation with one of the employees as they made my coffee. He was very sweet and funny. They look like they enjoy their job and the atmosphere is light and fun. It's not crowded either and very calm. A good place to study with a cup of coffee!

These guys are so fast! No matter what you order, they have it ready for you within a few minutes of ordering through the drive-through! Delicious pumpkin cheesecake muffins and I always order an iced carmal coffee! There breakfast sandwiches are great too! They are also very friendly!
