I have visited this location on multiple occasions and am generally satisfied. In my last couple of visits, there have been issues with drinks being incorrect; don’t write a review on a “one off experience” so this was worth mentioning. However, today’s visit was EXCEPTIONAL! We had asked for the barista to just double check a request, as there had been a few mistakes recently. Brecklyn unexpectedly refunded our current order, apologized for previous mistakes, not likely done by them, and also gave reassurance that the beverage today would Be correct and to go further and offer “your next one’s on us” ! Coming from customer service, this was so refreshing!!! Thanks Brecklyn! Starbucks is lucky to have you!!!

Was one of the best in the area. Now you can expect to wait 15 minutes for your drink. Most of the staff is not very friendly as well. The Starbucks on Washington and 2700 N in North Ogden is way better in every way.

I came through the drive-thru this morning 8/30/25 at 5:35 a.m. and sat there waiting to be helped for atleast 3 minutes. I got confused and checked the hours online to see they were in fact open. I was never greeted nor was my order ever taken. I’ve never had an issue with this starbucks until this morning :(
