Starbucks itself is always awesome. The girls behind the counter though, rude and very unhelpful. Acted like they had better things to do, telling customers they don’t want to be here, and had very nasty attitudes towards a few people.

I should have read the reviews before buying a drink from the location. My bad. The up charge fee is ridiculous. I won’t pay again $8 and change for a drink I can get for $6.50 at any other location.

There’s a few baristas here that are extremely sweet and give top notch customer service but the other baristas including one of the managers acts like they are being put out by me being there and having to serve me. They really need to do a retraining on how to provide good customer care.

Honestly I’d give no stars if I could. I ordered a café au lait and the “barista” had no idea what that was. So I described to her what I wanted and her response was “next time to make it easier just order a mocha.” I didn’t want a mocha but that’s what I got and it was disgusting and a waste of my money. I used to get great coffee and service at this Starbucks but the last few times it’s just been really subpar and I don’t think I need a coffee while I shop that bad anymore. Grounds for Coffee can have all of my money, not only do they know what they’re doing but they’re happy to make my coffee while doing it.

There is this girl that works in the morning, her name is Haylee and someone should give her a raise ? I have been coming here for a few weeks now and have received nothing but excellent costumer service. You can this she cares about her job and her costumers. Hell, I showed up at my normal time today and she had my coffee already ready for me!!! What, that’s awesome ????

Vegans!The strawberry frapuccino is delicious.This one is made from strawberry puree, coconut milk and ice (blended). It tastes like a strawberry shake. Such a refreshing and tasty treat for a hot summer day. I thank the nice baristas for recommending this drink.
