Worst customer service. I waited 15 mins just for a chocolate croissant. The girls are sweet but the white big guy has some issues. I waited for so long so i just tried to grab my order from the other side, he yelled at me in-front of all the people. He was angry at me for no reason. He shouted even after I left. He perfectly ruined my day.

I am a student and I come here for lunch sometimes. I have celiac disease and asked if their egg bites contained gluten. They told me "We cant guarantee anything is gluten free." which is a typical thing I hear. So I asked "Okay, do the egg bites contain gluten ingredients though?" and they said "We don't know." I ended up having to google the ingredients myself while she stood there and just watched me instead of checking. They hate to do their job at this location.

I had the worst experience at this Starbucks location. I came in, ordered my coffee like usual, and was shocked when the white guy working at the front accused me of showing "attitude." I was respectful and only asked for my order, but he was rude, scolded me, and even refused to serve me! I left without the coffee I wanted, and it completely ruined my day. This is unacceptable customer service. Starbucks, please train your staff on how to treat customers properly. No one should be made to feel this way when they’re just trying to get their coffee.

Absolutely love this location! The staff are very caring and always kind to their customers, despite the attitude they receive at times. It's a busy location as the only Starbucks on campus but they always kill it with your order and get things out as fast as they can. I've been coming here for years and can say my drink quality has not been matched at any other location and I wished I could take the staff with me. They always have great recommendations and coming here is always the highlight of a day on campus. Great crew, great service, and great experience! <3

Terrible costumer service. The worker just gave me attitude for “not speaking up” when they are blasting music and chatting with each other.
Terrible. The workers just chat and talk. 10+ minute wait time for one drink. Today was especially bad. I waited nearly 30 minutes and spent my entire lunch time waiting and didn't get my drink. I don't know if they ever made it or got it out but now we'll never know. If i had waited i would have been extremely late to class. Almost nobody was in front of me in line. They made orders that were ordered after mine. Some people who waited in front me didn't get their drinks either. Very very poor service with this.I was looking forward to this drink all day long and am very disappointed. Only Starbucks I know of that has this long wait time.

The only place in Ogden that can ever make my drinks right. Everywhere else just tastes like hot water and milk. I see them almost every day of the week and they don’t even ask questions other than how are you doing. They created a drink for me as a spur of the moment idea that isn’t on the menu. They kill it and I don’t have to remind them of any ingredients that they created for me. Awesome staff and fantastic attitudes.
