Steiny's Family Sports Grill

We don't eat here often but we've always thought it was pretty good. Last night we had dinner here and the food was mid and the service was rough. My wife and daughter both said they won't vote to go there again. That being said... My chili Verde quesadilla was super good.

WORST customer service every single time. Every female that works there that attends you on the phone is rude and gives attitude. I called just now and a girl replied and once I asked if I could place an order I heard “I hate this guy” and hung up and didn’t answer when I called back. Mind you, they never answer their phones half the time either. I loved eating here and ate here every so often. I’m disappointed with their staff and all those girls need to get put in check and learn how to treat customers.

Would not recommended the chilli Verde quesadilla, if you are looking for good chilli Verde!! The garlic frys are always good!! Went for a work lunch was with 8people and was there for over an hour. 30mins waiting on food. 3 people ordered the garlic burger but only one finished it. Not saying that's on the food ... the people I work with are ass faces!!

Really, really, long time to get mediocre food and terrible soda. If you don't want alcohol the syrup in their soda really bad.

The waitress came out and actually threw the menus on the table didn't say hi kiss my ass or nothing. She came back to our order and that was the last time we seen her until we were ready to pay and leave which we had to wait on her to come around to give us the bill. When we paid she came back to the table and threw the credit card and receipt on the table and walked away. She never said thank you , come back and see us or kiss my ass so i guess this was a one and done time for me. I'll go to Pete's where they appreciate thier customers.

I really wanted to like this place. We got 2 burgers with fries and sodas. We also got 8 chicken wings. It was 62 bucks without tip. Ive paid that before and been really happy with the food but this was very mid. Burgers from Frozen were not juicy at all. It was like a hockey puck burger, very dense. Fries were over salted. Wings are wings, they were good but if you can screw up a wing by throwing it in some oil for a few minutes, you shouldnt cook wings. They were hot n sweet and they were good. There ranch is very good. I just thought 2 bucks a wing was a little steep. Nothing stood out unfortunately and i can get this same meal just about anywhere for 1/2 the price. Maybe people come for the people and brews. Alot looked to be having a fun time and I don't drink ever since the little bo peep incident.

Overall a disappointment. Waited 45 minutes, never checked on 1 time, to find out our order was missing and the cooks weren’t even in the kitchen. We ordered 2 sandwiches on a Wednesday night with only 1 other table occupied. We never got our food. Atmosphere was dingy at best. Menu looked great. Waitress spent her entire time flirting with old dudes for a tip. Our drinks were empty.
