Had a terrible experience last night for Valentine’s Day. Food was terrible (we go the Valentine’s Day 4 course meal) as was the wine pairing. We both got sick. Service was just as bad. Our waitress Tammy was the front of house manager. She came out wearing a tank top. Didn’t talk to us about the menu, just curtly asked “what we wanted”. She was as causal as a diner waitress. Let me be clear: I paid my bill. The accusation was not only insulting but completely unfounded, and it highlights the poor management and lack of professionalism at Stella’s.

We made a Valentine’s Day reservation a week in advance and even called the day of to confirm, only to be told they never put us down. The hostess was unhelpful and dismissive, and the manager was just as indifferent, offering no real solution. Neither were apologetic. We had to push for them to even look into it, and after all that, they only offered a table an hour later than our original time.
