When we walked into the establishment, it was clear that the employees were more focused on their own conversation than on assisting us. They stood behind the counter, talking and laughing with each other, while we waited patiently for someone to acknowledge us. Despite making eye contact and trying to signal for help, they continued to ignore us, leaving us feeling unimportant and unwelcome. The lack of professionalism and customer service made the experience frustrating and disappointing.

This is my second time being helped by Ariel. Sorry if I spelled the name wrong. There was also a gentleman helping her tonight. I didn’t get his name. You can tell they’re both hard workers and take pride in their job. They were very detailed and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. As long as they’re there I’ll keep going to this location.

I go to this Subway after my gym session every once in a while and every time I go the lady working there named Kris is always so kind and thoughtful and makes my sandwich the best way. I'm not sure she'll see this but thank you. She always has a positive attitude and a great big smile.

Hope that the franchise owner doesn't like making money here. They closed 15 minutes early and pushed customers out that came in 10 til closing. They pretty much had the make table broke down at 8:30. Service was rude because they didn't want to keep working until closing. We wanted to eat there but they pretty much pushed us out and locked the doors!!!
