The person making my sandwich was extremely fast and that was great he was nice and informational about my order but when I went to pay I scanned my code it didn't take my points or add points for my order. I tried saving 4 bucks and I'm highly annoyed I even used the app or have bin saving point if I'm not gonna even be able to use them

We came in yesterday but quite a large group and they were really patient with us I had my grandbabies and my kids and we were enjoying downtown Ogden and we stopped in they were super friendly although the nachos!! not a success. they should add more chips because it look like it was just toppings with a few chips and we were not happy with that 😔. Put the sandwiches were great 😃 customer service they rocked at. And too bad you guys just didn't have anything for a large family like a bundle male or anything like that or are you guys could have accomplished because we spent a lot of money in there. But overall Subway's been always a great place to eat

Great service but the ❤️ catcher is they were on point when I had a question about the app.(Personal was there go then there catch back up) As well, such a great facility. Well lit, bright colors. I even feel comfortable for kids to be there for parents and entertaining my party. Everything is well lit and with the drinks off to the side in the corner. Out of the way but not tucked.

When we walked into the establishment, it was clear that the employees were more focused on their own conversation than on assisting us. They stood behind the counter, talking and laughing with each other, while we waited patiently for someone to acknowledge us. Despite making eye contact and trying to signal for help, they continued to ignore us, leaving us feeling unimportant and unwelcome. The lack of professionalism and customer service made the experience frustrating and disappointing.

This is my second time being helped by Ariel. Sorry if I spelled the name wrong. There was also a gentleman helping her tonight. I didn’t get his name. You can tell they’re both hard workers and take pride in their job. They were very detailed and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. As long as they’re there I’ll keep going to this location.

I go to this Subway after my gym session every once in a while and every time I go the lady working there named Kris is always so kind and thoughtful and makes my sandwich the best way. I'm not sure she'll see this but thank you. She always has a positive attitude and a great big smile.
