The billing office is a total joke. They outsource this service and are not helpful at all. They don’t return your phone calls. Even if you try to call the business office within the hospital you can’t get anyone to help you. Everyone passes the buck.

Bad nursing care. Family member was barely conscious and they pushed her into car to expedite discharge. Family member continued to deteriorate and so I had to call 911 barely 12 hours later and get her transported by ambulance to McKay Dee where she was resecutated and spent several days in the ICU.

Your nurses are over worked. We checked in Tuesday, didn’t get to talk to anybody who knew what was going to happen next. We were told I’ll ask the nurse, the nurse would come, I’ll find out. Never got a answer. He never got any food the first night, we were told the nurse ordered it..he ask for a menu so he could order his breakfast, they didn’t have any. No one talks to the other people so no one knows what is going on..

Been here for 4 days and no one came to clean my room. I had to go find someone to give me toilet paper the nurses had know idea where to get it. The doctors never come in till noon or later.

I was well attended to by expert and contentious nurses and doctors. Was however displeased for the unusually long wait. There are not enough staff for the type of emergencies that arose which kept me there for additional hours. I'm aware it was supposed to be unusual however this has now been repeated in the er.

While the ruses and staff were quick and attentive, they released my son with a broken collarbone and sent him without any record or xray. He had to go to a doctor where he was living - he requested paperwork and forms and xray for the doctor to view, they made him go online and do a form - then wait 5 days and doc never got xray so we had to do another one! Then when we requested codes for insurance they said they would email them in 5 days. In fact they will snail mail them in 15! We are waiting 3 weeks and still didn’t get any information. They are the absolute worst!!’ Don’t got there!!!

At first I thought it was great but ... Very disappointed the Nurse was fine the Dr was unconvinced with less than a cursory examination. The next day I had to go to MacKay for a concussion and cracked bone in my forearm. Thanks but No Thanks

This Subway was Next to Sally Beauty in Riverdale. Great Food, Inside was Super Clean. It was Not Busy at all when i went. I prefer This Subway more then the One down the Street with the Drive thru. The Customer service Was Also Great Here!!
