My husband and I frequently go to this place, as we have had amazing service. We were there last night with some friends. The service was horrible, our waiter only checked on us once. Never asked us if we wanted refills. When she did check on us, she pretty much pushed the check on us. When we did get the bill, she brought someone else’s to us. The total did t even make sense, we didn’t bother to fight it. We did have to fight getting my husband card back, the waiter told us “ she gave it back to us” she never did. My husband ended up seeing it the bottom of the pill of the black books. She tried to deny it was my husband card. Everyone did the all you can eat on the table, there is no way for both my husband and I that it should have came out close to $100 for it.
Sadly cause of how bad the service was and how horrible our waiter was. We will not be coming back

A wonderfully fun place to try lots of sushi for a decent price! Our waitress was AMAZING but was the only one staffed in the front area for the entire dining room. They need another waiter so she’s not forced to do it all on her own. We never got a refill on our drinks because she was so busy with a holiday weekend lunch rush, and although we understood, would have appreciated at least one drink refill! But that’s not her fault at all, the establishment needs more staff to accommodate for busy days. The waitress herself was so kind and very knowledgeable about the sushi. Hopefully the manager/owner recognize that they need more than one waitress for busy days! (For reference, we came on President’s day and by 12:30 the place was HOPPIN!) The sushi was delicious and fresh, the restaurant was clean and organized, and it was just straight fun getting to watch the conveyor belt and rocket ship deliver food to other tables.

This place is fun for kids and the idea is cool. The food unfortunately was so bad, and overpriced. I saw maybe two types of nigiri and the fish was cut so thin you could hardly call it nigiri. Everything is imitation crab. Which is totally fine if you’re paying for grocery store California rolls. The sad part is if the prices had been lower and more reasonable for what you’re getting, we probably would have spent the same amount of money. But because it was overpriced imitation crab, we didn’t even eat much. What’s weird is I saw photos of reviewers from 2 years ago and it was actual sashimi and nigiri in their photos! I didn’t see any sushi like that here. The nigiri I saw would make you cry. I hope they get better fish, because this place could be awesome. I’m willing to come back if they improve their food quality.

Tried this place out for the first time and our family enjoyed it! The little train to deliver drinks and special orders was cute and the food was delicious. The spicy sushi was definitely more spicy than some places. We enjoyed it but some who are more sensitive to spice may need to proceed with caution. We did wait a good while to get refills on drinks but the staff was overall kind.
