Great drinks and great service. Better than the rest of the drink places. But if you arent going to be open till 10:30 then post that. If I read that your hours are till 10:30 then I expect to be able to get a drink even if its 10:25. Just keep you hours posted even on holidays so people dont leave their house for no reason.

The QR code won’t scan so they told me that the cashier could scan it. The cashier told me she couldn’t scan it. Didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Didn’t even give me straws. Customer service was no help either. They just repeat the same things over and over. Will never go to Swig again.

The workers had one of there friends in the line and they were just visiting with the person in the car. It took us 10 minutes to get through the line.
I order here a lot through mobile, but this is just.... gross. Got halfway through eating my pretzel bites and found a cooked fly..

The girls who work here are fast and super nice! But my drink order is often wrong. I have tried ordering on the app so I know that the info is put in correctly, but there is always ice in my drink when I ask for no ice. The worst part is that the drink is never remade, they just dump out the ice and top it off. I understand saving product, but then the proportions are off and the flavor is wrong. No ice is the only real change I make to the drink, and I don’t think it’s too much to ask. My orange slice wasn’t in my drink either, but it’s irritating for both the customer and the employees to have to go through the line three times. You’d think they’d double check the drink the second time around. There’s never compensation offered either. The girls are very kind but it’s a waste of time to have to go through multiple times, and overall not worth the money.
