The employees at this location are so friendly and helpful, and the service is always fast even when they’re busy! It’s my favorite Swig location and I go 4-5 times a week. Too many times!!! It’s just so good!

The QR code won’t scan so they told me that the cashier could scan it. The cashier told me she couldn’t scan it. Didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Didn’t even give me straws. Customer service was no help either. They just repeat the same things over and over. Will never go to Swig again.

They are SO FAST. I pull up to the drive thru window and BOOM my drinks are already being handed out the window. Lovely employees always. My drinks are always made so good. ?
The girls who work here are fast and super nice! But my drink order is often wrong. I have tried ordering on the app so I know that the info is put in correctly, but there is always ice in my drink when I ask for no ice. The worst part is that the drink is never remade, they just dump out the ice and top it off. I understand saving product, but then the proportions are off and the flavor is wrong. No ice is the only real change I make to the drink, and I don’t think it’s too much to ask. My orange slice wasn’t in my drink either, but it’s irritating for both the customer and the employees to have to go through the line three times. You’d think they’d double check the drink the second time around. There’s never compensation offered either. The girls are very kind but it’s a waste of time to have to go through multiple times, and overall not worth the money.
