The girls who work here are fast and super nice! But my drink order is often wrong. I have tried ordering on the app so I know that the info is put in correctly, but there is always ice in my drink when I ask for no ice. The worst part is that the drink is never remade, they just dump out the ice and top it off. I understand saving product, but then the proportions are off and the flavor is wrong. No ice is the only real change I make to the drink, and I don’t think it’s too much to ask. My orange slice wasn’t in my drink either, but it’s irritating for both the customer and the employees to have to go through the line three times. You’d think they’d double check the drink the second time around. There’s never compensation offered either. The girls are very kind but it’s a waste of time to have to go through multiple times, and overall not worth the money.

Staff are consistently fast and very kind, they always get the drinks right, the drinks taste great and the prices feel right for what you're getting
This is the THIRD time they forget the strawberry pearls in my drink. I always leave a tip, and pay extra to add those because I enjoy the pearls, so it’s always a double bummer when they forget to add them. It happens often at this point that it’s led to this review. One of those times that they forgot the pearls they also forgot the fruit in my fruit water…. I’m sadly disappointed.
