This location needs some work. I always check my bag before I leave because WITHOUT FAIL, something is always wrong with my order. Simple things like no ice in my drink or steak instead of beef. Also, it says the drive-thru is open until 3 AM...so don't close the drive-thru at 2:40 AM. Maybe 5 mins before but a whole 20 minutes? If you don't want to work that late, don't work at Taco Bell or change the store hours.

We go to this Taco Bell a lot. Finally writing a review because they are constantly missing the cinnamon twist on our order. And when I do check while in the drive through and ask for them when they always seemed annoyed to grab them. We have missed other things on our order constantly

This Taco Bell is the worst I have been to. They treat customers with such disrespect they all need to be fired and start over. Especially the punk kid. He really needs a hair cut. He looks horrible vey sloppy dressed and groomed. They refer to you with different names very unprofessional. I ordered on the app so my order would be ready when I got there. They didn't start making it until I got there. When I ordered I put ASAP. So they are horrible to say the least.

I am so grateful for taco bell this morning lol. A great start to my birthday. The girl who took my order in drive through was so kind and it helped brighten my day. I didn't catch her name but she made my morning! (and the breakfast crunch wrap helped ofc)

Sat in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes, which was just enough time to prepare myself for the ice-cold “food” I was about to receive. The tacos weren’t folded (apparently origami is too advanced), half of them were empty, and the Doritos Locos taco was so stale it could be used as a frisbee. Meat? Oh no, that must’ve been on back order.
To make it even better, they forgot items from my order. I love using the app, but what’s the point if your food doesn’t actually exist when you pick it up?
I know the saying “if I could give 0 stars, I would” is overused, but trust me—0 stars is generous here. The night crew on 9/21 should honestly not have a job if this is the best they can do.
Don’t worry though, I won’t make the same mistake again. From now on I’ll head down the road to the other Taco Bell—where shockingly, they actually know how to fold a taco and include meat in it.

Everything was clean, got correct food and service was good.
They messed my order, the food had the texture of being under a heat lamp for an extensive amount of time, and the soda pop tasted like the machine is rarely cleaned and the soda smelled slightly of mold. I thew that meal away and went to a KFC and got fresh tasting food and drinks. Taco Hell is definitely off my list. Sorry bout your luck, but you have failed.

Let me say, I’ve always enjoyed this Taco Bell location. And has actually been some of the most friendly and welcoming staff of fast food places I eat. I have actually tipped them a time or 2. However the last 2 times I’ve gone recently my meals have been so off of what I ordered and paid extra for its kind of a let down. Like today paid $5 for one of there amazing freezes…. See picture to get my point. Not anything about that freeze screams appetizing.
