The food is good when it's made correct to order. Every single time, my order is incorrect. I ask for no tomatoes and they add extra. The count of multiples is off. I'm often double charged. It's always something. I will say the actual food is good when it's correct.

The WILL get your order wrong, its really a matter of how much. They will sit there in the drive through and ask 100 questions about the order then still get it wildly incorrect. Then they will act all annoyed if you insist on checking the bag before leaving. 1 time after checking and seeing they left off something from the order they guy made me drive around and go through the drive through again. Which with its position on Harrison Blvd is pretty dangerous.
Their drive through smells like suage. I thought after their remodel this would be remedied but its still there, especially if you go after the lunch rush, it smells like their are just dumping the suage onto the drive through road.

The lady was very rude and wouldn't let us even look over the menu. We were the only car there at 10:30 am she was wearing a button down black shirt and definitely not good person I won't repeat her words .. all because I asked for more time to order ... And we didn't even get the extra sauce and cheese we paid for
The lady working the front counter was nice had a deluxe box box with a side of avocado ranch sauce went up and told them and then the female in the back making food started to say no its in your box and argued about it and repeated herself. Happened around 5:30 I wont ever be coming back to this taco bell some stupid attitude to hav to customers

The staff was too busy gossiping and misheard my order. They got every single item wrong over charged me for the complete wrong order! The only thing right was the drinks and they forgot the straws! I will go out of my way to NOT go here again. I should go back and ask for a full refund honestly but it’s too far and my husband is already on his way to a different Taco Bell. Don’t go here.

I went here and ordered food and was very disappointed. I order a crispy chicken burrito, which was already very expensive, and paid 1.50 extra for an extra piece of chicken. They didn't even give me an extra piece. I would not recommend to anyone. What a rip off!

Edit: 7-21-25: Moved them up from 1 Star to 3. I don't eat here that often anymore (mostly because I am trying to eat more healthy) but they have been quite a bit better since I left that review last year.
Original review from 2024: I used to eat here all the time, been coming less and less often due to their service. After tonight, I don't know if I'm coming back ever. Their service is getting shittier and shittier, as is their food. Simple order tonight from the drive thru: three burritos, three tacos, and a bunch of Diablo sauce. They shorted me a bean burrito, so I only got two, and those were pitiful half-filled things that were nearly 50% tortilla. I got all three tacos, but they came with exactly four sauce packets.
I don't think the owner of this place even cares; Otherwise, why would they let their online rating get so low? Their yelp rating is down to 1.5 stars.
Go somewhere else. There are so many places out there that are just as good or better!
