The staff was too busy gossiping and misheard my order. They got every single item wrong over charged me for the complete wrong order! The only thing right was the drinks and they forgot the straws! I will go out of my way to NOT go here again. I should go back and ask for a full refund honestly but it’s too far and my husband is already on his way to a different Taco Bell. Don’t go here.

I went here and ordered food and was very disappointed. I order a crispy chicken burrito, which was already very expensive, and paid 1.50 extra for an extra piece of chicken. They didn't even give me an extra piece. I would not recommend to anyone. What a rip off!

Edit: 7-21-25: Moved them up from 1 Star to 3. I don't eat here that often anymore (mostly because I am trying to eat more healthy) but they have been quite a bit better since I left that review last year.
Original review from 2024: I used to eat here all the time, been coming less and less often due to their service. After tonight, I don't know if I'm coming back ever. Their service is getting shittier and shittier, as is their food. Simple order tonight from the drive thru: three burritos, three tacos, and a bunch of Diablo sauce. They shorted me a bean burrito, so I only got two, and those were pitiful half-filled things that were nearly 50% tortilla. I got all three tacos, but they came with exactly four sauce packets.
I don't think the owner of this place even cares; Otherwise, why would they let their online rating get so low? Their yelp rating is down to 1.5 stars.
Go somewhere else. There are so many places out there that are just as good or better!

I get to cheat on eating healthy one time every two weeks and this time I chose taco bell. I regret to inform you that I made a mistake. I opened my (anticipated) delicious crunchy taco to find that it was stuck to the wrapped at the fold of the shell so was ripped off upon removal. (STOP PLAYIN WITH MY EMOTIO S SMOKEY) can I just once get a crunchy taco that is actually crunchy and in one piece? I swear y'all are bored and using them as hockey pucks, I'll bring you some entertainment for the love of all that is holy can I just get damn decent taco!

Messed our order up, wife has been having cold sweats since eating the chips and nacho cheese. Wish we had remembered the girls name who served us.
Second time I’ve gone here in the last few months and both were disappointing. The first time my breakfast was ice cold. My visit today left me with a crunchWRAP supreme that was not wrapped? Falling apart and cold!

Got our order wrong . They didnt give us 2 gordito crunch tacos . It was thru the drive thru . Once we got home and noticed We tried to call but no one answered the phone .

Shout out to the lady working the late night drive thru. She had magenta/plasma purple hair. Honestly I just had a long stressful day, and it was nice feeling welcome bc I always feel bad coming to get food so late in the evening. She's probably the nicest service worker I've come across in a while and I myself am a service worker. 😅 Thank you! ❤️
