Worst TacoTime meal ever. 4 cars ahead of us at drive thru and still nothing was hot - barely warm. Crisp bean burrito and mexi fries were retro temp. Tacos seemed like they were made an hour ago

My husband and I stopped for a meal. We are seniors and didn't know how to use the automated system for ordering. We asked the two girls behind the counter if they could take our order. They acted like they didn't understand English. If a place of business can take drive thru orders there's no reason they can't take walk in orders. We left and won't return.

It was awesome! Had my 3 Great Danes in the truck with me. Fernando was so sweet. He gave me 3 little cups that had whipped cream in them. My Boy's Loved them! Thank you!!
Stopped by the drive-thru last week and accidentally entered an alternate dimension where time slows down and customer service turns into performance art.
Ordering was... an adventure. I had to repeat myself 4 or 5 times, and I wasn’t whispering — I’m pretty sure the guy walking his dog across the street got my order right before the headset did. To be fair, I don’t think the employee was the issue. She was probably working with equipment last updated during the Cold War.
Then I pull up to the window… and nothing. Radio silence. For over 10 minutes I sat there, completely unacknowledged. No “hey, we’ll be right with you,” no eye contact, not even the ghost of a nod. Not a person in sight on the inside. Just me and the existential dread of wondering if I’d officially become invisible. They weren’t even busy. No one in line behind me. I checked. Twice.
Eventually, the window creaks open and I’m greeted with a cheerful “Hello!” — which was nice, until it turned into a full-blown staring contest. I said “Hi :)” and waited for literally anything: a total, a question, a sign from the universe. But instead, she just smiled wide and stared like I was a test subject and she was trying to read my thoughts. Spoiler: they were mostly “???”
After several uncomfortable seconds, I slowly raised my debit card like I was surrendering it to a toll booth in purgatory. She took it wordlessly and closed the window. Cool.
She returned a moment later, asked if I wanted any sauce (the first bit of normalcy!), and handed me my food. No attitude, no rudeness — just a surreal, oddly theatrical experience I’m still mentally unpacking.
Food was edible. Vibes were uncanny.

Crispy tacos are great. The fish taco is really a crispy fish burrito in a flour tortilla but it is really good. Mexi fries are seasoned tots (good) and the stuffed mexi tots are jalapeno poppers. Definitely will go back.

I've been to other taco times in the area and the pricing at this taco time is far more pricey than the others. I always wondered why is has hardly any customers. It's all about pricing and customer service.

I often drop on my way home from work for a quick bite to get me through the evening. I love that I can go order my special made item and they know exactly what I am asking for and are kind, accommodating, and they don't charge me a fortune for "add ons" (because they know how to charge for the item as a dish).
