My grandmother used to take me here when I was a child and as a teenager I bowled on a league here. I hadn't been back for almost 35 years. I took my family here a couple weekends ago and was tickled that the black and white flooring that intrigued me as a child was still the pattern. The greeting card section was where I remembered it and we spent hours looking at ALL the items for sale in individual booths. We are at The Greenery and the food was wonderful.

Food was ok but very pricey I paid $81.00 for 2 crab louie salad and 2 boxes of Mormon muffins plus tip. A little too expensive to go there too often.

Solid spot. Broad menu and the food is good, just a little steep pricewise for the portion received. The staff also seemed a little stressed. We did enjoy our meal though and will eat here again when in the area.

Took my kids here for dinner the evening before Mother’s Day. Hadn’t been in years, but not much has changed (which is a good thing). Great food and atmosphere. My kids said it was the best food and restaurant experience they’ve ever had. I wish I could remember the servers name because he was awesome.

Food was delicious as always. Server was fantastic even though it was busy. Pancho villa was tasty. Benedict Arnold is the best hollandaise sauce in town.

First off I love the location and the atmosphere the service is good even though they were swamped. My biggest complaint is the food... If you go visit a nursing home you'll have the same quality dining there. Very mediocre school lunch cousine. Other than the Benedict that was good.

This place hasn’t changed in decades and I hope it never does! I come here for the nostalgia and it never disappoints.

I have been to The Greenery a few times and looked forward to a tasty lunch. I was highly disappointed and had a terrible experience. We had terrible service, gross food which made most of us sick and it took forever (lunch was 1 hour and 25 minutes)!! I would consider an alternative and skip this place!!

Loved the pasta salad, Mormon muffins, and Carmel apple pie. Definitely recommend for some traditional local options.

Our turkey and bacon sandwiches had just a few scraps of turkey and the bacon wasn't crisp.

OK, listen as an Ogden native I have been coming to the greenery and rainbow Gardens since the 90s. It’s one of my families’s favorite places to meet for lunch or celebrate a birthday. I’m not sure if they’re under new management, but the quality of not only the food but the customer service has gone so downhill. When you’re walking back to rainbow Gardens to go shop, take a glance to your left and look how nasty that kitchen door is that they’re bringing food in through every day. The servers are snotty and nasty, and the quality of the food has gone so down. Not to mention the last time they cleaned the salad bar? It’s so disappointing because I have been an avid fan since as long as I can remember and I really enjoy shopping at rainbow Gardens, but the greenery has got to figure something out because it’s disgusting.

I’m not usually one to leave a review, but my experience was just so laughably poor that I felt compelled to leave one. The fresh fruit that came with our meals was 1/4 of an apple, each. The salmon was very dry, the pretzel jalapeño burger did not have a pretzel bun as described, and the medium burgers were very overcooked. The soup we ordered was never brought, and the service was overall very poor.

Update several hours later: My family has food poisoning.

The host with strawberry blonde hair is so sweet and the food was served with consideration and kindness
