Not very busy, so you would think the service would be up there to great but always waiting in line for about 10-15 minutes then about 80% of the time it’s always wrong. But the salads are great and shakes.

They have really good food and we enjoy most items on the menu. The problem is the drinks. They absolutely have no good drink selection or variety. Some low calorie options would be awesome.,

Pretty good meal here. The burger was juicy and tasty, if the fries had cooked just one minute more this would be a 5 ⭐️ review. Google asks to rate the service…you order via kiosk so there’s no service to review.

I bought 2 orders of chicken nuggets 10 piece and they were so burnt we couldn't eat them..Shame on you for serving uneatable food to people... I won't be back and I will let all my friends know how horrible your food is and to top it all off there is no way to reach out to someone to let them know... So at this point I hope your business fails as bad as your food does...
Always a great burger. We had their Hawaiian burger and onion rings, fries and green beans. They were delicious.

I would love to have reviewed the food, but I don't do machine ordering. We should have guessed why the place was empty at 12:15 on a Friday afternoon. When we walked in, there were lots of kiosks to place orders on, but no human even acknowledged our presence. We waited for about 5 minutes, perusing the menu on the board, but nobody asked if we had questions or said a word. We got a couple of looks from the kitchen, but no interest in service. My husband touched the machine to start an order, and it asked for a phone # so we could be notified when it was ready. We decided that our money would be better spent elsewhere.
When dining out is reduced to interacting ONLY with a machine, I'm out. I don't think a little human connection and a "Thank you for your business" is too much to ask. I bet the kiosk even asks for a tip!
We went to Dylan's, just up the road. Friendly staff, and good food delivered to the table.

So ridiculous, haven't been there in almost 2 years because almost the same thing happened last time, paid 50$ for my family of 3. Got home to notice they didn't put my sons chicken with the order, drove the 4 miles back for them to hand me the cold chicken that had been sitting there with just a laugh and whoops like no big deal i mentioned that i had to drive all the way back here and now everyone's food will be cold, she didn't seem to mind much. Coldsoggy food. No wonder they don't get much business. I am livid, they didn't even try to offer anything to make up for our entire family eating a cold dinner, so done.

I came in for lunch with my four young kids. I was very impressed with the service. When my order was ready they gave me extra paper boats as well as extra gummies to ensure all my kids were happy and taken care of. I appreciated their attention to detail and how they anticipated my needs without me having to ask. The manager also brought the kids stickers when we were finishing up our meal and asked if we needed anything else. Very impressed!
