The Pie Pizzeria - Ogden Reviews
my name is June Clark. I feel very offended and personally treated rude to. unfortunately,we will never be going to the pie in Ogden again. we have been loyal customers for years. usually every order we did, came to about 100 dollars. I called about a problem I had with something. sorry, but if you are going to charge 16 dollars per salad. I'd like it a certain way. I was treated very rudely,I called and was told, the regional manager himself would not comp any more of nothing. ok,so...read full review
By far the worst experience I’ve had in 10 yrs going here last night on a 82.00 order of pizza
Girl on the phone fought with me on cutting a large pizza into 10 slices (normally 8) then put me on hold for 3 mins to come back and say I guess they can do that
Then when I went in to pay I paid with a 2006 100.00 bill that has the black 100 USA strip on the left side between the paper , the Franklin ghost image on the right side and then the pen they used made a...read full review
I helped a young lady yesterday that was crying and lost trying to deliver for them. They have very poor management and didn’t properly train her. Then I found out later when she went and asked for help they fired her.

The Pie Pizzeria has mixed reviews. Some customers found the pizza and Caesar salad disappointing, with issues such as excessive dressing and doughy crust. The restaurant's wait time for pizzas was also criticized, taking longer than competitors. However, the staff are commended for their kindness and accommodating nature, and the restaurant offers wheelchair accessibility and ample parking. The pizzeria's gluten-free pizza received high praise, with specific mention of the white sauce, pepperoni, and pineapple toppings. The garlic cheesy bread was also highly recommended. Overall, the restaurant caters well to those with dietary restrictions. Prices are moderate, with dinner for two costing around $50.
Customers consistently praise the pizza quality, saying it is always top notch and comparable to the original location in Salt Lake, with better parking and more seating. The pizza is described as super cheesy, loaded with toppings, and full of flavor, especially for those who enjoy a thick, indulgent kind of pizza. The menu offers options like half-and-half pizzas, allowing diners to try different styles. The atmosphere inside is casual and old-school, fitting the place well. Staff are helpful, and orders usually come out reasonably quick, even on busy nights. The portions are large enough to share or take home, making it a good value despite slightly higher prices. While the rich pizza may not be an everyday meal, it’s perfect for a weekend splurge or when craving pizza. Additionally, the restaurant's specialty, such as the Stromboli with spicy sausage and pepperoni, is highly appreciated by customers.
