First time there last night, Saturday night. Very busy but we were seated fairly quickly. Probably the absolutely best prime rib I have ever had. Had the medium cut based on other reviews. I would go back frequently if we lived here.

We had our son’s dinner rehearsal here and everything was perfect! Planning it with Julie was a breeze. Ana handled our party like a champ. She even joked around with us. Couldn’t have asked for a better evening!!

I was disappointed in the prime rib. Extremely chewy, fat was not rendered or tender at all, crust was not seasoned and dry and chewy like jerky. went with a group of 9. And the 3 of us that got the prime rib were all disappointed. The salmon was great. And the filet mignon was also delicious.
Kid-friendliness: Staff were very patient and friendly with the baby. Had clean highchairs.

Great experience! Our server Whitney was fantastic. Super quick, personable and professional. This place has it down, running like a well oiled machine. Very affordable w/ generous portions of fresh quality, well prepared food. We had the filet, a ribeye, fried shrooms, mozzarella balls and the fresh apple pie for dessert. A couple of well crafted Larceny Old Fashioned cocktails as well. Most definitely recommend.

Timbermine Steakhouse is my favorite steak place in Utah. I prefer it over Maddox for steak and experience. It is quieter and the wait is usually less as well. Tell your kids to find Waldo in the bath tub as a time killer it you do have a wait. Ask for a piece of Mud Pie for dessert to end a great meal.

They didn’t have Original A1 sauce just the thick and hardy and claimed there was a shortage nation wide due to a lack of the chilis. We called around and found out the manager was lying about it. She continued to not help us resolve our problems. Very dissatisfied with the manager. A1 sauce is so popular and she couldn’t even notify us of them not having it. She didn’t help us whatsoever.

I had the steak. It was so tough, I couldn't cut it or chew it. I ate the salad and baked potato and left the steak. I was very disappointed.
Love this place. Love the atmosphere. Love the food. But the service is always terrible. Every time we come here, we end up waiting 30-45 minutes for drinks. It’s almost like to have one bar server for the entire the restaurant, and you have to wait on him/her forever to get drinks. It’s horrible service. You will have to ask your server to send over the bar server 3 or 4 times before you see them, and then by the time they come to your table you’re done eating and ready for the check.

We arrived for early dinner and were told 30 min wait. Got right in after 15 though. Great. Waiter was very pleasant and patient. We both ordered a ribeye cooked same medium but both were very pink through so we had to send one back. Fine. I was good with med rare. Still all else was great. Flavors of steak and sides great. I was not unhappy at all and definitely will return
