Really nice atmosphere by the river. Steak was prepared perfect, nice quiet dinner, to celebrate my birthday, and can walk the path by the Ogden river afterward. Timbermine is truly one of Ogden's gems. Would have been a five star, but the server was not as good as last time, she had a rough start, but was more friendly, closer to the end of our meal😊

$12.99 for 5 tiny pieces of shrimp!!!!! It was supposed to be an appetizer and they brought 5 pieces...for everyone!!!!!!! No real butter...corn syrup in the ice cream...well done steak when I asked for medium....run of the mill factory bread...if you're going to charge premium prices then you had better deliver premium ingredients and portions! The menu is TINY and the side salad literally only has carrots and lettuce with 5 croutons.... Sick of places who think you can to eat the ambiance (with scary manikins that terrified my kids) and not the food.
The staff I must say were amazing. They tried to find a place for my kids so they weren’t scared and did an amazing job.
But…
We will NEVER be back.

The Timbermine Steakhouse has a very western vibe. From the time you park, it's like going back into the west. Then you go into the restaurant, and it's like you've stepped into a western saloon. If you like the old West, it's definitely for you. I go for the food much more than the western vibe. Very delicious, top quality service and food. I got the shrimp dinner this time. They have a variety of steak dinners, crabs, and lobster, as well.

First time there last night, Saturday night. Very busy but we were seated fairly quickly. Probably the absolutely best prime rib I have ever had. Had the medium cut based on other reviews. I would go back frequently if we lived here.

We had our son’s dinner rehearsal here and everything was perfect! Planning it with Julie was a breeze. Ana handled our party like a champ. She even joked around with us. Couldn’t have asked for a better evening!!
I was disappointed in the prime rib. Extremely chewy, fat was not rendered or tender at all, crust was not seasoned and dry and chewy like jerky. went with a group of 9. And the 3 of us that got the prime rib were all disappointed. The salmon was great. And the filet mignon was also delicious.
Kid-friendliness: Staff were very patient and friendly with the baby. Had clean highchairs.

Great experience! Our server Whitney was fantastic. Super quick, personable and professional. This place has it down, running like a well oiled machine. Very affordable w/ generous portions of fresh quality, well prepared food. We had the filet, a ribeye, fried shrooms, mozzarella balls and the fresh apple pie for dessert. A couple of well crafted Larceny Old Fashioned cocktails as well. Most definitely recommend.

Timbermine Steakhouse is my favorite steak place in Utah. I prefer it over Maddox for steak and experience. It is quieter and the wait is usually less as well. Tell your kids to find Waldo in the bath tub as a time killer it you do have a wait. Ask for a piece of Mud Pie for dessert to end a great meal.

They didn’t have Original A1 sauce just the thick and hardy and claimed there was a shortage nation wide due to a lack of the chilis. We called around and found out the manager was lying about it. She continued to not help us resolve our problems. Very dissatisfied with the manager. A1 sauce is so popular and she couldn’t even notify us of them not having it. She didn’t help us whatsoever.
