Wonderful experience with great staff. Everyone had amazing meals. The grill master was very entertaining. I had scallops, filet mignon, fried noodles, plus the salad and egg drop soup. It’s a pricey treat but it’s worth the splurge once in a while.

Been coming here for years and our experience last night was by far the worst I’ve ever had. We got squeezed into a table with 9 ppl barely had any room to eat without bumping elbows with the person next to you. Couldn’t even get in our out of the seats once you were sat unless the end people got up first to allow you to squeeze out. Food wasn’t great. The rice was mushy. Soup tasted different and the salad was warm as well. Drinks were warm. We had the feast for two and by far got the least amount of food than anyone else at the table. We would get served after everyone else had food on their plate and felt like we were getting the tail end of what was left. The poor girl next to us ordered sushi and didn’t even get it until the checks came out. The waitress was so nice and tried her best! None of it was in her control. Other than it would’ve been great to have the table cleared to allow my space after salad and soups. Definitely a disappointing experience.

I really enjoy dining at Tokyo Station with my family. Sushi is top notch and the hibachi is lots of fun. The staff is fantastic, too. Great place to bring friends and family from out of town. Chefs' have exceeded my expectations every visit.
