We stopped in to grab a birthday cake. The owner helped us and she was so awesome! The cakes were beautiful and we had a hard time choosing. The cake was delicious and so moist. She also has a wide variety of gluten free cupcakes and she will make gluten free cakes to order. We will definitely be returning to this cute little bakery.

Top Tier did an AMAZING job on our wedding cake! It turned out exactly how I wanted it to. We did chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting and it was to die for!

The German chocolate cake was one of the most delicious I’ve ever tried… absolutely amazing! The way it looked was fantastic, too. I bought it for my husband, and since he’s a cake addict, he said it’s his favorite so far. The texture and presentation are definitely a 1000/10

Top tier did an amazing job on cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday! They accommodated my requests for all the colors of the rainbow, as well as making them girly and cute with pearls and glitter. They were delicious and moist too! The price was reasonable. I would definitely look to them for cupcakes again!

Mignon was so great to work with, she's just an absolute gem. Called on a Tuesday to place a special themed cupcakes to be delivered on a Friday and she went beyond my expectations.

Order over the phone was smooth, the follow up via email was quick, and everything else in between was proffesional and warm. Highly recommend!!

a single cupcake is over $4 and the quality is the same as a boxed cupcake. slightly worse maybe. just buy pillsbury or betty crocker and you'll have a better experience. also was an incredibly awkward atmosphere because no music was playing and the single worker was unfriendly.
and also, i don't care how cute the cakes are if they're the size of my hand and over $50. if the quality is anything like the cupcakes, then it's even more of a rip off.
the lobby is cute though.

They were so sweet and amazing food

This is the second custom birthday cake I've ordered from here. The first one was a Mean Girls cake and the 2nd was a Billie Ellish cake. Simple, elegant, but the flavor was CHEFS KISS! Everyone there is so kind! Each time I have told them the ideas I had for both my orders and tell them to utilize there artistic ability and freedom to complete it and they have nailed it both times. Prices are fair and the buttercream frosting is TOP TIER ( no pun intended 🤪😆) Thank you so much again!

Picked up a birthday cake last minute and it was beautiful! The tres leches cupcake was so good! The gal who waited on us was very nice, my little girl was running around a bit while I checked out and she was very nice about it. It's nice to go somewhere kid friendly when so many places are not.

This business has gone above and beyond for me and my family. I had ordered a smash cake for my daughter from other business several weeks ago, when I went to pick it up today they said they had no order on file for me and I was devastated. My husband called Top Tier and they were not only extremely helpful and friendly but are making us a smash cake for our daughter last minute so we can still do something fun today for her birthday. I could not recommend them enough and we will be using them for all of our future orders.
