For my taste buds Virg’s is the best restaurant in Weber County for breakfast. My go to items are the Chicken Enchilada Omelette - I’m salivating just thinking about it, crispy hash browns with a side enchilada sauce - yum or a scone with maple syrup - hello please get in my tummy right now!The building has wear and tear and is especially worn out but the food is worth the lack of fancy dining ambiance. The service should be respected because these people work their butts off. They fill your coffee and check on you - if you are a grumpy Gus you get the service you deserve.I once again ate my food too fast to take a pic.

I love Virg’s. I’ve never been disappointed with their food or service in the few years I’ve been going there. My favorite dish is their enchilada omelet. I get it with verde sauce instead of enchilada sauce and it’s not your typical omelet. It’s a chicken enchilada wrapped in a thin layer of egg. So good!

Virg's in Ogden, Utah was such an incredible experience! The restaurant was converted from an old Galaxy Diner a number of years ago and retains the 50's-60's vibe. Upon entering one is greeted with a clean-looking environment, smiling, attentive, and happy servers who prompt and efficient to all our needs.The food served there is typical American diner fare with everything from hearty portions of fried Chicken and mashed potatoes, to 3-egg omelets with a massive pile of hashbrowns on the side. What sets this establishment apart from your every-day diner is the kitchen staff. Everything was prepared to our expected temperature; the plates were attractively garnished the the rooms of all plates and bowls were clean.EVERYTHING WAS HOT, FRESH, AND DELICIOUS!The only problem with the food is that it didn't last long!!!! I'll definitely be going back!! You should go too; I promise it will be worth the waitParking: The parking lot is shared with several multi-level buildings, and can be somewhat difficult in the middle of the day.Wheelchair accessibility: The building is built with the needs of handicapped individuals in mind.
