Went to Daily Rise Downtown recently and was terribly disappointed. Simply put, the food was good but service was horrible. We had discount coupons that were not honored. As well, half of our order was made incorrectly even after confirming with the cashier to make it a certain way. This was definitely not worth the price and poor service received.

I work in the same building as these guys and the staff is always friendly and kind. I've been coming for a year and they've never messed up my order and the service is fast because there isn't a drive through. Its a great location.

Let me start with, the service was great! I have zero issues with the service I received. That being said… I absolutely love coffee. I try new shops daily. This by far was the WORST out of every small shop I’ve visited! The coffee is atrocious. I felt like I was sipping floor cleaner mixed with battery acid stirred with a shovel that just finished picking up manure. I thought, “maybe it’s just bitter, I’ll work through it” took another sip, and almost puked. My husband, son and daughter all had drinks as well, plagued with this horrible horrible taste. After a few sips I had to throw it away. I tried to get past the taste of blood curdling death. It just was not happening.
