So disappointed with the lady working on the back she literally screamed at us when we’re picking our order but ‘SAM’ at the front was so good and helpful with everything .

A while ago I came here and they gave me hard cold fries! Didn’t even offer a refund. Today was the last straw for me, the older women working the back was so rude and condescending for me taking an empty tray to Hold napkins yelling at me not to reach in the back, mind you the tray was right by the forks and spoons, as I walked away she started to gossip about the incident with the other people she worked with.… I will
Never spend my money here again, that lady needs to find another job 🥴

Customer service was horrible. Cashier was extremely rude to me for no reason when I asked questions.

Pretty bummed with the customer service here, a few empoyees are okay but one lady is down right extreamly rude to us im sure everyone knows exatly who she is. I used to come here everyday back in 2019 and it was one of my favorite places to eat on campus. food is decent but who makes you pay for fry sause in utah, and if you have everyone you serve why are you working in cx service!

I've seen a lot of other reviews saying the service was bad but personally I haven't experienced this. The food was quite scrumptious though.

As someone who's been here frequently, the food here is pretty ok, but the the customer service here I gotta say is horrendous. One time my Weber Card had nothing wrong with it, and I made sure I had cash on it, yet they kept telling me to go check at the info desk. I came back and tried to fix it and they still wouldn't do anything about despite it being their problem.I get that we're all human beings, but they could at least make people just trying to get a simple meal a little easier on them.

I've worked custom service before, so I get its a hard job. But even I have a sense to be kind. Food is good if you are okay to sacrifice your dignity and deal with staff.

The food is alright, and it's pretty convenient to grab a quick bite on campus. Though, the customer service leaves some to be desired, while the employees are generally nice, a few are downright rude, and it makes the whole ordering process feel rather uninviting.

Grab and gos are often lukewarm if not cold and the prices on the board are way off and for some reason have not been updated, the board says 4.79 for the veggie delight and I get up to register ready to pay and am informed as I'm about to put my card in that my total is almost 8 bucks for 1 simple sandwich, which is an insane discrepancy for a food item

I used to love grabbing something from here when I didn't have time to leave campus, but I've gotten a horrific case of food poisoning from the chicken, and suffice it to say that as much as I love their grilled cheese, I will never buy anything from them again.

Pretty long line during lunch hours, but it usually moves pretty fast. The food pretty good though it's a little expensive.

Great experience. I’m currently a student at NUAMES up on Weber campus and finally came here to get a meal. It was by far, the cheapest and easiest way to get food here. I do have allergies so I couldn’t eat much of the menu items, but I’m glad to say that the waffle fries are gluten-free and delicious! Great service and will come again!

Decent food but awful customer service. Obviously unfriendly and impolite.

Top tier grilled cheese, like 5 stars on it, but then everything else seemed a little over cooked. Still good though.
