Great food and Tayler is a fantastic server
the waiter Cean seemed really nervous and confused. Very slow at getting our drinks. This place needs a bartender instead of have the wait staff mix their own drinks. I for one am a bartender and understand this. This was ridiculous then tag in an 18% gratuity for groups of 8 or more. I am sorry that is uncalled for. Tipping should be decided on how they perform not automatically given.
Today was our first time to come here. Our waiter, Neil, was terrible. He took our order and had to come back to the table several times to make sure he had our order correct. Then he brought our food to us, we asked for silverware and he said he would get them. He left, came back without silverware but asked us if we wanted drink refills.
