The incompetence of the people they hire at this store is mind boggling. No matter what time of day it is or what you order, expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes.

I go to a different Wendy’s in Northern Utah this Wendy’s Is by far the best in town this Wendy’s had people out in the dining room cleaning tables cleaning chairs. I haven’t seen that in 5 to 6 or seven years 25 stars to this one I’m coming back.

Drive through took a long time but the food was the best Wendy’s I’ve ever had! I tried to go somewhere else and the food didn’t taste as good as this place. I would come back to chase that taste lol

Very slow service. Kind person taking orders, but was very understaffed. They were good and quick with orders at the drive thru, not so inside. Was waiting (I was first in line) for 12 minutes before I asked him to take my order. He finally came to do so. He looked overwhelmed, but was kind.

Drove down from Morgan, as this is the Wendy's we like to go to. However, tonight, it was horrible. Food was stale, and 2 of the 3 drinks were carbonation only
Called, and they were great to work with to make it right for us.

Worst experience at Wendy's I've ever had. Every time I come here the employees never treat me well, and today it took the cashier a whole 20 minutes to write down my order. Spelled my name wrong and everything, even after I spelled it out for her. This has happened on multiple occasions.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. My nephew wanted fries after we had already put our order in. When we pulled up to the drive-thru window to pay, we apologized and asked if we could add an order of fries before we paid. It was 10:30 at night, no one was behind us, and no one was in the dining area either. The worker looked at my husband and I and said, “it’s kind of busy right now, and I don’t want to.” To say we were shocked and surprised by the reply is an understatement. Especially since we were the only people there, and it was definitely not busy. Not to mention, when did they start charging for water? Needless to say, we won’t be going to back. Do better Wendy’s, do better.
