Went through the drive-through I ordered a frosty and a salad. The salad is absolutely pathetic and scary looking when I stopped to consider that the frosty was handed to me with a fingerprint in it some kind of something shaken on a few of the leaves chicken and some kind of flaky thing that doesn’t look or feel like cheese. I don’t even know what it is won’t be eating the salad.

Kinda hit and miss. Breakfast is usually hot a biscuits are soft. Lunch and Dinner sometimes hot sometimes warm. For the price I'd love hot off the grill , like the old days. Seems like focus is on drive thru and counter times. I'm happy to wait for a hot, melted cheese , Dave's Double and fries I have to blow on before I can eat them. Been a minute since I've had that problem

Nah bro what is this?? Friendly staff up front but order had nuggets in the bag, with one in the actual container. On top of that, this burger was cooked for about 10 seconds on each side, while still being a little cold in the middle. I wouldn’t complain if it was a fine in spot and that’s how I ordered it, but from a place like Wendy’s, a beef tar tar burger is the last thing I would ever order.

Came to dine in after dropping my vehicle off at big o and was greeted by Brian. Let me tell you, he has amazing customer service. You have a gem in him. He was kind, upbeat, & personable. You don’t get customer service like this these days and it was really refreshing. Not to mention, the chicken strips were divine lol

Guys here were really friendly tried to make small talk but I've noticed that they are consistently understaffed and it's a different excuse each time. 9:00 p.m. tonight took 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru. They are best at their hamburgers and their amazing chili and their frosties. I wouldn't recommend much else. I got the bacon fries and there were only tidbits of bacon on them. I also got a taco salad which looked amazing but just tasted like burnt corn basically. Wendy's could sell a lot more salad if they were to put little crunchy Frito chips on them and offered some sort of a salad dressing like Southwest ranch or something with their Taco salads. Overall it wasn't a hugely bad experience but having come here a few times and seeing the same situation repeated doesn't give me much hope
