I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of service at this location. The food was delicious and well prepared however the staff was extremely rude and impatient with my group. As we ate we could see the employees giving us dirty looks and that they were clearly gossiping about us, which tainted my experience eating at this location.

the place is good but the workers are rude. you can’t even ask them a question without them getting mad, they have bad attitude towards colored customers. the lady that was working up in the cashier, with curly red hair and blue eyes is extremely unprofessional, and should not be talking about clients to the coworkers.

The wings were super dry, the Cajun wings and tenders had extremely way to much seasoning on them to where I couldn't even eat them. The cajun seasoning tasted like they put some hot sauce in bowl of tajin. The voodoo fries were ok just not crispy enough so they got soggy super fast. I honestly could have gotten better wings at a gas station. Surprisingly I didn't have to wait forever for the order so I gave the service 5 stars.

The lady who was working on Tuesday July 29th at 2:20 had a very bad attitude, her customer service was so terrible. She should not be helping customers if she can’t even speak up when talking to us and without an attitude. I enjoy wing stop a lot and this experience really bumbed it for me.

My boyfriend and I come to this location a lot. Today was the first time we’ve received BAD food. The chicken was very old and gross. We called and they immediately offered to remake the food or give us credit. We chose to have the food remade. Andrew, the manager was very kind and helpful with the situation. He showed us the fresh food when we arrived to make sure we were satisfied and also offered us some free brownies. I really appreciate how the situation was handled and his kindness.

This location is always messing up my food. One time I found a hair in my food and like an idiot, I go back. This time they got all my flavors wrong. People in this industry complain about how much they get paid but frankly, they deserve to gey paid less, if they dont like doing what they do, they should find something else. They have one job and always messing it up.

The food took a weirdly long amount of time to get done when we were the only customers there. It was also insanely cold for some reason. The wings were only a tier or 2 above gas station wings, but the fries were pretty good.

The spices they used on the wings were delicious. The staff gave my family and I extra food, including a free brownie. The fries were awful, but the delicious chicken completely negated this factor for me (and the brownie was lovely as well). Also, they sell large bottles of Simply Lemonade. I strongly recommend their Louisiana Rub and Mango Habanero seasonings, but I haven't tried their other ones - remember to experiment to get a restaurant's full experience!
