Xalisco seems to artificially manipulate their google rating. Stopped in last week before a concert and the whole experience was a joke. Terrible service, bad vibes, and extremely sad cocktails with zero attention to detail. They even confiscated my water bottle 10 minutes after we were seated and didn’t bother to bring me a glass of water. Everyone in my group was disappointed and we now crack jokes about this place for being the most overrated place in Utah.
PS. As you'll see below, they also use ChatGPT to issue boilerplate responses trying to gaslight you into thinking terrible service is somehow an acquired taste.
