There is not enough good to say about this place! Great food, great cocktails, great service, great atmosphere! Our server Stephanie was amazing and did a good job of making suggestions and navigating our experience. We had the Birria potatoes and fresh guacamole for an appetizer and both were excellent! For entrees we had the tacos (birria, grilled chicken, and al pastor) and the Al pastor burrito. All were amazing. It is evident that all of the ingredients are fresh and they don’t skimp on them either. Family owned and operated so everything is made in house on the daily and it shows. The mojitos and margaritas are to die for, made with fresh ingredients and high quality liquor. We will definitely be back. If you haven’t given Xalisco a try you definitely should! You have to be 21 to get in so don’t forget your id 😘

Came here on a whim with my gf, the food and service were excellent. We had the pastor taco's and shared a carne asada burrito, they were delicious. Can't wait to bring friends here to show off how good the food is.

The wife and I were craving some chips salsa/guacamole and margaritas. We found this place close by and decided to give it a try, rest assured we were not disappointed. We decided to spend some time relaxing in the atmosphere, ordering several drinks and just enjoying our time. The Agave Azul Magarita was worth every penny and the Honry and Smoke Mezcal is now a new favorite. Vilma was our hostes/waitress and was AMAZING. She was attentive without being disruptive and she helped us pick out some drinks based on taste preferences and was extremely sweet. Overall experience was great for us and we both agreed this is a new date night/favorite location for drinks, especially when we are craving Tequila or Mezcal!!

My Dad and I came in to kill time and drink and eat tacos, and our server Vilma was so nice and attentive and welcoming and our food was fantastic. We had the al pastor and the birria tacos and both were delicious.

Love the birria. It’s amazing. The chips and guac are great. The drinks are okay but sometimes seem to have noticeably less alcohol compared to other bars. There are some waitresses that seem inconvenienced when waiting on us, not sure why. Overall I love coming here and will choose this place over others for the Birria by itself.

Xalisco is our favorite place in town. Vilma was fantastic during our last visit.
Vilma was Fantastic to work with. She was very hospitable and knew her menu. We were able to ask her honest questions and she led us in the right direction. We will be back for sure and hope to have Vilma is our waitress.

We came here today to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Vilma checked our ID’s and seated us noting it was my friends birthday. Vilma also took care of our orders and was amazing! She was sweet, attentive and surprised us by bringing my friend a birthday cake that was delicious. If you haven’t had a bday celebration here….you should! I won’t ruin the surprise? The food was so good and fresh! Tacos are delicious, their guac is amazing and their elotes are the best I’ve had!! If you haven’t visited, you should!

We went here today for my birthday and Vilma made it SO SPECIAL! She surprised me by bringing out a slice of their delicious chocolate cake with a huge candle and bubble machine all while dancing to 50 cents in da club! Definitely made my whole day!!! Thank you so much Vilma you are an angel! ??
