We had dinner here while we waited for our tour to start and it was delicious! I also enjoyed some ice cold Wasatch apricot beer which is my favorite. There was even live music.
After the tour we stopped for milkshakes. The cheesecake milkshake was delicious, next time I will opt out of the gourmet option and just get a normal milkshake as it came with a whole slice of cheesecake and was just too much.

Lady who took our order, was flustered when it wasn’t that busy inside and was very unprofessional. Also kept sighing and giving attitude. Kept touching her face and her hair. Once we got the food, it was underwhelming and had no taste. If you want have a good meal, pick a different place and save the drive. Additionally, the place is presented as dine-in the way the reviews and photos are but its order and get a number and hope they bring your food out within a reasonable amount of time.

The most delicious pizza I’ve ever had. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. The ponderosa pie on cauliflower crust was my favorite.

When I first came to Zion, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but after trying the pizza, fish stew, and roasted chicken here, I was truly impressed. Despite roasted chicken usually being dry elsewhere, the 24-hour marinade made it surprisingly juicy. The pizza was delicious with plenty of toppings, and the crust was perfectly crispy. The fish stew, though popular and initially sold out, resulted in a small complimentary portion and an abundance of desserts as an apology. The desserts, including cookies with grapes, showcased the high quality of the cuisine. Thank you very much!

Surprisingly good place, we arrived really hungry after a long hike in the rain right at the hour it opens for lunch/dinner (it is closed from 14:00-16:00). 2 of us had the ponderosa burger which was surprisingly good(I expected the brisket to be barely smoked and doused with tons of bbq sauce but there was an amazing smokey flavor of high quality brisket) and the fries were soooo crunchy and Soft on the inside. We were so hungry and the food was so good we had another ponderosa burger! Quite a shame they didn’t have the chicken or the fish stew(we came at 16:00 and because they are frozen and the kitchen just opened they didn’t have them yet) which is something to keep in mind but in general, good burgers, nice staff and cool paintings on the walls

Stayed at the resort for 3 nights. Ate breakfast/dinner here every time. Breakfast was good and the stand out was the great selection of fresh fruit something that seems to be missing from most American continental breakfasts.Dinner is slightly expensive but the pizza is straight from the wood fired oven and delicious. Salad bar is a great option too.Service lacking due to a shortage of front of house staff at breakfast and dinner.

Newly remodeled with expanded menu. Very pricey for simple food like burgers fries & pizza but it is the only game in town. Pizza what's the best value and taste. Our vegetarian friends were very disappointed.
