We paid $47 per head for a family Thanksgiving dinner, and it was embarrassingly bad. The turkey and Mac & cheese were the only redeeming items. This place is a ripoff - steer clear of you can.
Awful!!!! The menu that is displayed is not correct. So don't get your hopes up for something specific. Food is not good at all. We left most of it sitting right there on our plates and we were starving. Oh yea and I ordered a side of broccoli not veggie mix..only thing I really ate wasy Mac n cheese.
When I saw the reviews I was nervous about eating here but I thought it was good. Food came out quick and hot. Our server, mike was quick and friendly.
Overpriced for very poor quality food. I would avoid eating here, but the pizzeria there is pretty decent (not open Tues or We’d though). You’d do better to pick something up on the way and heat it up (check-in office has a microwave) or bring a camp stove and cook your own food (campfires weren’t allowed when we were here due to fire risk). There’s a great little taco truck in town - KikiDee’s. Go there for lunch instead!I’m sure they are experiencing staff shortages like most other places right now, but it’s a huge waste of money to eat here. The shrimp scampi was watery and barely seasoned and the tomatoes they threw on weren’t even cooked with the dish. Of course, they can charge what they want (like a $34 steak) because if you stay on-site, it’s the only dining option around. Very disappointing though
dookie food, please don’t eat here.-wait time 25+ mins.-unprofessional staff.-no apologies after they messed our order up.
Not sure about all the negative reviews, but my family and I went here. Ordered the trout, veggie burger, and had some soups. All were good, and service was excellent. Great having something decent to eat when we’re this far away from everything else. Pricey side.
Ordered the Caesar salad, very disappointed. So much dressing that neither my husband or I could finish it. Overpriced.
Awful food. Ordered a blue cheese burger and it came extremely undercooked. Sent it back, and THE SAME BURGER came out a few minutes later equally undercooked. Was obviously just thrown under a heat lamp for a couple minutes. Avoid at all costs.
The food is terrible. We were a party of 4. Each of our meals were not good at all. None of us finished our burgers, philly or chicken pot pie. Dry and over cooked meat as well. I ate about half of mine because it tasted like French onion soup with a biscuit on top. The fried pickles were disgusting and couldn’t eat them. You could snap them in half. Dry and salty. We talked to the manager to let him know, and he apologized and asked what do you want me to do? Nothing I guess. We tried breakfast once and everything is insanely over salted. Lots of wasted food. The one positive was the man in the front taking orders. He was so nice and provided amazing customer service. Bring your own food to this resort or buy some hot dogs in the office.
I had the Not Little Miss Piggy. It's a great vegan/vegetarian option that they just added. The breakfast buffet is fine as well.

We ate breakfast here on December 7th 2020. Was told the payment didn’t go through (even though card reader said accepted). As it turns out, I was double charged on my credit card. I have called multiple times now. Left messages for the manager in the restaurant AND the front desk. No one has bothered to call back! HORRIBLE customer service, especially considering it was THEIR mistake! We had considered staying here on future visits to Zion. Definitely not after this. A week later, this still unresolved, and still no return call.
Great place. Good food and great service.
I know they have some bad reviews from the past, but it's obvious they have changed this place around! I had the fries as an appetizer and pasta for the entree and they are both on point. Plus the manager was super friendly and made sure everyone was taken care of. Definitely a good spot to eat at if you're in the Zion area!
Fast service top notch burger. Relaxed atmosphere
Great restaurant to eat at for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is good and the staff as a whole is polite, efficient, and welcoming but the part that I will remember forever is their incredibly joyful manager, Charles. That man is a beacon of light. His smile is contagious and he spreads joy to everyone that comes in contact with him. He made our vacation just that much more special. Thanks, Charles T.
