Brand new $400 blender didn’t work. They asked me to send it back before they will ship the replacement so I do. They said new one would go out same day (Thursday). Still no shipping notification or tracking number by Monday. Have talked to probably five different people all telling me it would go out Monday. Call Tuesday and it still hasn’t shipped and I’m still without a blender. Cannot get through to customer service no matter how many times I call. This company sucks!

This company is dishonest and completely trash. DO NOT BUY you can NOT get warrantee even when its defective materials.I Purchased this completely trash blender from COSTCO and used it to make less than 30 Orange Smoothies. The blade in the jar has broken and spins on the shaft. Called customer service at Blendtec and they were as dishonest as they could be trying to talk about a rubber gasket that is not even what I was talking about and told me to buy another one as they don't warrantee the product after use. So what they are saying is if you buy a car and the transmission fails a block aways not their problem. Very dishonest.All i can do is warn you if you are thinking of buying this product, this company does not care about reputation or customers or material failure of products they make. There are many other better brands out there I suggest using anyone other than these scammers.I called back to customer service to file a complaint to corporate they gave me a number that is nothing but a dumpster box and never received a response after leaving a message. Called back to customer service to ask to speak to someone higher to report the issue too and was told there is no one they can transfer you too but you can call the robo-number that just gives you a mail box that wont be answered. Worst company ever. I live in Utah 20 min from this horrible company. Goes to show you buying local is not always a good thing.

I've had my blendtec for over 10 years and it still works great. I have had to replace the jar once due to it cracking, but other than that it's been great.

Great customer service! We had a warped jar and they sent a new jar the next day. Downside is you can’t put it in the dishwasher, hence four stars. And I don’t like the lid on the jar, but I’ve used this pretty much every single day for the past three years and it’s still going strong. Most other blenders simply can’t handle that kind of traffic.

I was using mine this morning, and relized we have had it for at least 12 years and it's still going strong. Family of seven with heavy use, more than once a day on average, we've used the wide mouth jar almost the whole time. Pretty good for a countertop appliance!

No support. No warranty responses. Blender are twice more expensive than the other brands and quality is not there. After minor usage (once in 2 month) in 2.5y it's DEAD. 8y warranty only for crazy expensive commercial products. But for commercial applications there are plenty of other brands.

Don't fall for their "extended warranty". If you gonna check, - they do actually have 8y warranty only for very fancy and expensive appliances. Even more expensive comparing to the basic ones. For the $500 blender you can get two other brand blenders and they will last long. But here they are promising something and after 2 years after rear usage, - blender is making weird noises. Don't fall for "made in US". All the components probably sourced from China. I filled warranty request, - nobody came back to me. Ever.
