i went in and wanted to get some food but the worker refused to make any. not because they were out but because she didn't want to. pretty ridiculous.--since the app wont let me reply ill put my response here. no, she did not say that it would take awhile. i started to say what i wanted, she sighed, cut me off, then said that she wasn't going to make any food. only drinks. i get that it takes time to make the food and it was short-staffed but she did not say it would take 15-20 minutes. im telling you she refused point-blank to make food. if she had said it would take 15-20 minutes i wouldve waited. i have waited that long to get food there before. so either your worker is lying to you or you are saying im a liar. which if you are going to do that then i will definitely not be coming back.

This place started out amazing and now it consistently sucks. I have gotten my order wrong 3 times in a a row. Once they “corrected” it I got half a cup of whole, non-crushed ice. Not worth the price or the trouble. Very disappointed.I’ve tried the food and it is very much overpriced for what it is.

Woah! Stopped to visit my brother in Provo and we didn’t know they have a BL in Utah too! We were so happy! We ordered the Taro Heaven, Cucumber Fresher, and Coco Blue. The yummy cheese foam is sooooooooo good! Just as good as Rexburg! Service was super friendly and we love the vibes here! Definitely different from Rexburg vibes in a good way but this place is so unique. We love it here!

Boba pearls are consistently undercooked and chewy, drinks are way too sweet unless you cut it down to 50% or less, and the cheese foam topping made everyone who tried it sick for an hour or two. Would much rather go to ShareTea down the street where the pearls are always soft!

The food and bobas were absolutely amazing! There wasn’t much of a wait as well, and the overall design of the building was incredible. I can not recommend any better place for a quick boba, snack, or lunch! It also seems like a great place to grab a few bobas and hang out with friends too!

This has easily become one of our favorite date night spots. We love that there are games to play while waiting and they do a great job with Boba! Highly recommend making Boba Luv your stop for a boba or just fun time together!

This was my first time going in and I think it may be my new favorite boba place in Utah.The presentation of the items in the menu are sublime - much better than my lame photo.I ordered a mangonada and it was good, but I made the mistake of switching from the mango popping to classic tapioca boba, and the flavors did not match. But that was my own fault.The atmosphere is inviting and laid back, as they have a sofa lobby, tables, and board games for the customer’s use.They also have ice and sugar preference levels.I’m excited to go back and try other drinks.

Some tea are even $7.25...2) Food quantity may be good but the quality is missing plus food handling is a problem. I got food poisoning from their fried shrimp snack that came out after 5 mins of ordering. Recovered 3 days later, paid so much for my weekend.Popcorn shrimp and brown sugar milk with boba are $6.75 each. The drink is nothing like their ads pictures except their cups are tall. Syrup overflow. It just tasted like a water syrup drink without any creamy flavor or consistency. For a drink over $5, and you pay extra for boba, I expected the boba to be filled at the bottom. But NOPE. You're lucky to get more than 10. The boba weren't so mild in flavor. They are usually soaked in brown sugar syrup before being added to the drink, but they aren't even flavored at this place.Popcorn shrimp tasted good when I had it and the portion was good for $6.75, BUT it's not good if it gives you FOOD POISONING.It's a bummer to have this experience because I had looked forward to it after receiving some high recommendations from a few friends about Boba Luv and their boba drinks. For $6.75, I was hoping for a decent quality of drinks. But this is the most expensive and worst boba drink I've ever had in Utah.Good atmosphere with a few games provided, but I won't come back for any drinks or food.

I enjoy Boba Luv, it’s probably my favorite milk tea in the area. The Brown Sugar Boba in particular is really good here, and I like the Yaki!

Got 100% sweetness, but it was incredibly bland and watered down. I've been to most of the boba places in Orem/Provo, this was the worst taro milk tea I've had. Also very expensive, a milk tea without boba is over $6. Go to literally any other boba place. They do have board games which is fun, but not worth it.
