The place is spacious and pleasant. Besides delicious boba, you can also get tasty sweet or savory snacks. But the best thing about it is the service. Theo makes you feel very welcome. I highly recommend it.

We absolutely love this place for boba — it’s our go-to spot and the drinks are always great! But we’ve had a pretty consistent issue that’s hard to ignore. Almost every time we come in (probably 6 times now), we’re told they’re out of boba. Tonight we asked why, and the employee said we “always come in too late.” The thing is, it was only 7:00 PM — they don’t close for another two hours. Based on the reviews, Boba Luv & Thai House is a favorite spot for boba drinks. The boba drinks are SO good, and the brown sugar boba is the best. The melon milk tea is also yummy. The space is cute, quiet, and cozy with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always so kind, helpful, and polite. They handle special requests like half coconut and half honeydew with no hassle. The service is always great, and the prices are fair. Sometimes there is a 15-20 minute wait, but it is worth it. This is the only place for boba drinks.
