If you are gluten free probably just go to Costa Vida instead. Every time I ask for a gluten free salad there is a problem. One time they even gave me the kids mini tortillas instead of the corn. I had a bad reaction and was miserable that night.
I have been eating at cafe rio from the very beginning. I now eat almost exclusively at the Orem location. The food is always great. Sometimes I deal with a problem but it is rare and is always taken care of by the friendly staff. The Atmosphere can sometimes be loud especially during peak hours so I usually order my food to go.
One of the staff at the counter was very sick and should not have been in public let alone preparing food. He was sniffing his nose and had a hard time talking. While we were eating he hurried into the bathroom and I never saw him come out. Made us very uncomfortable and I reported this to the manager.
