Today I went with a friend for ice cream, the girl who served us had a very bad attitude, I could not put my phone number for rewards, the girl acted that she put my number but my points were not passed and she did not give me my receipt. This month is my birthday and I'm supposed to have a promotion for that too, plus I think she overcharged me.
Service seemed very slow and they were out of quite a few of their ice creams. I've been to this one before and I've never experienced this here. I hope this was just an unusual situation that day.
Daniel helped us out, he was so kind and sweet to us. He is very polite, hard working and works very fast. The best costumer service!! Thank you so much the world need more people like you.
