I've been going to El Pollo Loco for years, but my visits have been less frequent lately due to service issues. I decided to give it another try tonight, but unfortunately, it didn’t go well. The team at El Pollo Loco in Orem was outstanding! The food was hot. The service was very friendly and quick. My order was perfect. I come here often and I am always pleased with the service and the experience that I get. As the former general manager and co-owner of Cafe Rio, I appreciate it when a team and a manager get it right. Castillo Leonard and his team deserve recognition for a consistently great experience!
