Underrated chicken place. The braised they do on it is unlike any of the other chicken places around. My favorite is the family meal packs where you get tortillas, sides, and some really tasty guacamole salsa. I like to peel the chicken apart and make little tacos with the tortillas. My only complaint is the mashed potatoes and most of the sides are pretty bland, but the gravy makes up for it.
I have honestly never had a bad experience with this team at El Pollo Loco. Every single time I come in, I’m greeted with kindness and genuine hospitality, and they always make sure I’m well taken care of from start to finish. The staff goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere, which truly makes a difference as a customer.

Walking into this place it smelled so good. The staff was kind and the atmosphere was great and relaxing. The food came out to us fast and it was delicious! Would be returning. Sadly forgot to take photos. Next time I will 😋
