Run don’t walk to satisfy your burger craving at Fancy Burger. All of the ingredients were obviously high quality and the entire meal was beyond delicious.

Your taste buds will love this place--in house ground patties with beef AND bacon in them and house made Hokaido milk buns, yum. Your pocketbook may need some coaxing. Honestly their amazingly delish and beautiful to look at salad and their crispy fries with sauce are reasonably priced (and large enough to easily share) as are their plain cheeseburgers and classic burgers. The price jumps on their monthly fancy burger option. But truly, so worth it. I went with a friend and we split everything including the Caprese fancy burger. Wonderful service. Looking forward to going again.

Hands down the best dining experiences my husband and I have had in UT. The food was excellent. We had a fancy burger, a double cheeseburger, thick cut fries, a salad, and a dessert. The service was quick and friendly and we had a chance to talk to both owners who were friendly and passionate about their food. We loved the live music they had and the restaurant was cozy and inviting. The fancy burger was pricey, but worth every penny. I felt all of the other food was underpriced for how good the whole experience was. From presentation, to flavor, to atmosphere, this place knocks it out of the park. So excited to have this place in Utah county.Vegetarian options: The salad they offer is incredible.

Fun to try a new burger place. We liked our burgers. Smash burger style. Definitely order double patties- the patties are really thin. Great buns. The milkshakes are super small and runny. Not worth the price. The menu could use a few more items. The atmosphere was awkward- trying to be "Fancy" but missed the mark.

Definitely seems like the owner of this place knows how to make an incredible burger--and decided that they could just figure out the rest of the parts of running a restaurant as they went along. The burger ('The Classic' in a double) was one of the top 5 all-time burgers of my life. Perfectly cooked smash burger, and clearly a lot of thought went into the custom meat blend they use. Excellent texture and flavor. The house-made buns were delicious as well.Everything else was barely coherent and borderline chaotic. They couldn't find our reservation; thankfully it was early enough (6pm) that they put some tables together for our party of 5.Live music night: you know how a cool, low-key jazz ensemble can really elevate the vibe of a place? Imagine that, but then turn the volume up to jet-engine levels and cram it into the most echo-y 20'x40' room with an uncovered cement floor/walls and an open kitchen. Make sure that the vocalist's volume is even louder. The baby grand piano? Open that lid all the way, baby. This place has the perfect ambiance if you don't want to talk to anyone in your group, or be able to communicate at all with the staff.Drinks: The wine was fine, and 2 of the 3 Whiskey Smashes were actually really well balanced (though the 'bartender'/server told us that she doesn't follow the house recipe and uses less sugar than is called for, so YMMV). The glassware was all really odd; it was like they had taken a bunch of tea-light holders and run them through the dishwasher too many times (the gold painted portions were flaking off). And the 3rd Whiskey Smash? Tasted completely different from the other two, and a bit like Country Time lemonade---when we inquired to the server about the difference in the drinks, she remarked "Oh, yeah, we ran out of whiskey so my boss told me to use vodka instead." IN A WHISKEY SMASH. Without any notice to the patron. Yes, we were charged (and paid!) for the drink we did not consume.Non-burger food: Fries were well executed, and the 'fry sauce' was non-standard and delicious. Celiac folk, take note: THERE ARE NO GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS for burgers--so one of our party had to have the salad (which they rated as "ok.") A raspberry shake was made with Raspberry Haagen-Daas and, inexplicably, *frozen and un-thawed* raspberries--and while the wine was served in a stemless glass globe, the shake was served in a stemmed wine glass. And the Chocolate Ganache cake was quite literally more ganache than cake (see picture of remaining ganache), and falling apart on the plate when it arrived.Again, everything that was delivered to our table was done so haphazardly and at different times. None of the burgers were delivered together--they were interspersed with the sides and drinks being delivered individually and with 2-5 minute gaps between. Food came before beverages, and sides well after mains. The open kitchen is a fun idea, but not when you can see one of the staff standing on the food-prep countertop in their dirty Converse; alternating between preparing food and doing maintenance on the grease hood. And don't forget that there were 2 saxophones playing their damndest impression of a back-alley cat fight over top of improvisational piano banging at full volume the entire time.I would still probably go back, but only at lunch time (no music) and I'm only getting a burger.

This place was great. I’ve wanted to try it for a while. I just got the double plain burger and it was really good. The bun was amazing, the fries were crispy and flavorful. And I left satisfied but not feeling like I ate too much. The environment felt really fancy too and the prices were really really good.

This was a fun spot to eat in Orem, but unfortunately the food wasn’t anything special. To be fair, I couldn’t eat the buns, which maybe makes the burger? But the fries lacked flavor and salt, the waitress kept forgetting parts of our order and the salad was just the same lettuce they put on the burger and the dressing didn’t really have a strong enough flavor. Also, if you want a burger with tomato and lettuce, it’s $2 more, just for the lettuce and tomato. The atmosphere really made up for the slight miss on the food.

I'd eaten here a few times for lunch, and I was really impressed with their regular burgers. The atmosphere makes more sense if you go at night because they often have performers and it's quite a different experience.I tried the crab burger and I loved it.
