Ordered ice cream from here yesterday to go. They delivered fresh delicious ice cream quickly, better prices than I was expecting. Didnt really take in the atmosphere much with the take out but yes, ice cream is delicious.
Handels is yummy, but just as good as most ice cream places in Provo. Their service is great and fast, but it can be very hard to find a seat at times. It’s more of a grab and go type of vibe even though there are seats.

The service was great. The girl who helped us was friendly and helpful.
The music was way too loud and pretty obnoxious. The store was very clean and the outdoor seating was nice.
We just didn't like the ice cream. The banana cream had a very chemical taste. Maybe fake marshmallow or something.
The birthday cake one was a letdown....
