We had the Katsu chicken, miso soup and shrimp tempura. Really good and made well. The salad that came with the Katsu was wonderful and the light dressing was delicious. Their star level ranking is earned.

Fresh, never frozen fish! Itto's has spoiled me, and now I can't make myself eat raw sushi anywhere else.
They serve real, fresh wasabi with some of their nicer fish (including the sashimi, which I am a little too fond of), and they have plenty of options for those who don't enjoy raw fish (you poor things). You do get the usual ginger and fake wasabi with normal rolls, but the ginger is always fresh!
All of their sushi, cooked and raw, is phenomenal. Anyone who moved to Utah from the coasts and was used to good sushi can rest assured they'll find it here!

This was some of the best sushi we've had in a while! We live in SD and are road-tripping across the west, and this was the perfect meal! The fish was incredibly fresh and delicious. The rolls were perfectly portioned (nothing worse than rolls that require multiple bites!) and the sashimi and nigiri was perfectly cut and so fresh! I highly recommend the kampachi and toro, they were delicious! Service was also excellent, even when they got busy. If you're looking for good sushi, this is the place!
