What a lovely, clean establishment. It was pretty quite during the lunch hour, but didn't diminish the good vibes. The food was absolutely fantastic, and came out very quick considering it's made fresh! My boyfriend and I ordered the fried rice and Lomo Saltado, which was hot and delicious. Nothing too soggy, but a very rich and moist dish. 10/10 we're coming back to try more!

La Carreta is the best Peruvian restaurant I've been to. Granted, it's the only Peruvian restaurant I've eaten at, but it's still fantastic.

My go-to is the Saltado Mixto. It's got great flavor and is a hearty portion of food. It's family run, and I love the atmosphere and vibe. It's never very busy, and the service is always good. I'm definitely not the expert on Peruvian food, but anytime you put a protein with rice...

Finally made it back here after about 7 years of dreaming about it and it was just as tasty as I remembered! Got the Lomo Sataldo and chicha morado and even though I’m stuffed I’m drooling thinking about it. The table chips and salsa are a bit addicting so come ready to enjoy your full meal. Great service too!
