Food is always delicious but please tell me why I was waiting for THIRTY MINUTES IN AN EMPTY LOBBY. Wasn’t a large order or anything either, one large pizza and cheesy bread Dosent take half an hour to make holy hell

We got to the restaurant 10 minutes before closure and the doors were already locked. The employees were inside and didn’t seem to care.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the store, they apologized and even gave me some store credit for the inconvenience, I know my first experience wasn’t the best, but I deeply appreciate when business know how to make it up for customers. Highly recommended.

Next got text from doordash driver that she had just gotten to the store to pick up order. Next she had stopped on the way. Delivery was 36 minutes, 16 min late. Not doordashs fault. But store shouldn't show on the way or a delivery time when driver isn't even there.
