We used to live in Denver, and our favorite Mexican restaurant was Hacienda Colorado. Milagros reminds me a great deal of that one, and is always delicious, with generous portions and creative dishes. Recently went to another Mexican restaurant here in the valley and were sorely disappointed, and we will stick with Milagros from now on!
We live in Texas and selected Milagros solely based on reviews. We needed space for 14 and, while we were disappointed that we could not make reservations in advance, we called en route and they were able to accommodate us. The service was top-notch, the ambiance was charming, and the food was delicious. It was exactly what we were looking for, even including several veggie options for me as I am vegan. Everyone enjoyed their entrees and the chips and salsa were also fantastic....
