The best sushi in Utah county. I'm normally not a fan of tuna and salmon rolls but I really love the ones here. They don't have that strong fishy taste and the roll just melts in your mouth.There are a few things you should note:they only have sushi during their night hours and after 8pm there is limited space reserved for first come/first serve. Even with a reservation there is still a 30-40 minute wait. They do take a while to get your order but I guess it's worth the wait since the sushi is really good but keep that in mind if you go expecting a quick service. The staff is always friendly but it does get pretty loud since the place is always packed so don't expect a quiet atmosphere. I just wish they had sushi all day then I'd give this place 5 stars.

The food is fresh, broth is well seasoned, service was superb (by Ann- Thank you!!!) and ambiance is great. Half of us got tonkatsu soup and the others got half tonkatsu/half spicy which satisfied the spice lovers at the table. The cucumber seaweed salad was also fresh with a hint of sweetness. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive from South Jordan. Highly recommend!
This place is so good! This was my second time coming. Food is great and yummy, our server Daniella was so kind as well. The food also comes out quickly too. Mr. Shabu Orem location is also very clean and has a great atmosphere! Definitely will be coming back again!!
