They were out of multiple dishes, had me wait 15 minutes only to give me the wrong order. It didn't help that they were visibly irritated the entire time despite me only ordering 1 bowl.

Did they even cook the food? Undercooked chow mein, chewy beef, and soggy orange chicken. Genuinely one of the worst Panda Express locations I've been to. The food tastes like it's been left out for a day and then hastily reheated. The employees probably don't care.

Super greens is mostly cabbage and the cabbage was rotten. It tasted and even smelled like it was rotten. Drink was really watered down. The online ordering system was kinda bad too. I selected super greens and the order went through as chow mein as the main entree. It took 10+ minutes for the order to even reach the restaurant. I ordered a large drink, not knowing the large is 44oz, and the straw was only half inch above the lid - not like that mattered since I barely drank any of it. People working there were busy but also real nice so that's why this is only a three star and not a 1 or 2.

The worst customer service! So rushed and rude. They had none of the items I wanted and also got my order completely wrong. I usually like it here but not sure why the workers give off the vibe like they hate it here and have to put pass that bad energy on to me. Definitely going to stay away from this location. This place is pricey so it’s not fun when I’m paying an arm and leg and getting treated so rudely by the workers.

I ordered three dishes to pick up and one of them was broccoli and beef. When I got home they only served me broccoli. Stop cheating people and train the employees well to serve a dish that we are paying for.

The food here is VERY fresh and delicious. When I am in the area I always go to this panda express. However, the portion size they give you is literally so little compared to the other panda express locations, the management team is somewhat friendly but the lobby... oh my goodness the lobby is so frickin cold!!! To the point where it is so uncomfortable to eat inside because of how cold it is. So I never eat inside but they do have a little Table outside with chairs you can eat. So that's nice.. but I usually go to this one because of the quality of the food not the quantity. Unfortunately..

Confusing hours. Google says open at 9:30 am. Sign in window claims open. But at 10:30 the drive thru was closed and so it seemed the whole place was. If there are different hours for drive thru then that should be indicated, preferably at the drive thru recorded message because at that point no one wants take the time to get out and confirm if the actual store is truly open. They went drive thru for a reason and just drove someplace else when they were shot down without clarification.

I have noticed a consistent change in the atmosphere whenever I visit your establishment and decline the opportunity to donate to Primary Children's. While I appreciate the importance of charitable donations, my family already incurs substantial medical expenses at Primary Children's annually. Therefore, I do not find it necessary to donate each time I make a purchase at your store.I urge your employees to exercise greater understanding of customers' circumstances and avoid making them feel uncomfortable or guilty for choosing not to donate. This issue has become increasingly concerning and requires attention.

The food is fine. I have had to wait on food to be made several times, which would normally be fine. The problem is that I get a text telling me that my food is ready, yet it isn't. I have had to wait 15 mins for food to be made that I was told was already made before. If it's not ready, don't tell me it is.
